I recently bought a Chevy traverse SUV from this dealership for my wife. I was told that it was a completely pre-certified vehicle. Nothing on the car... was pre-certified I’ve had a it 4 months 400 miles on it from me the tires are junk Oil needs to be changed they didn’t even have enough common sense to reset the oil light. I’ve made several phone calls for the past two months no one’s called me back i’ve also made several attempts to contact this pre-certified company they use that you pay for when you buy the car no one’s called me back. But that’s all OK my next phone call is RI attorney generals office and the dealers Commission.

Best Experience in purchasing a car for my daughter. Rich the manager and Jeff (Tiny) the finance manager was extremely professional , transparent, during... the whole process which was super fast in and out and absolutely hassel free. Tiny worked on getting my 19 year old daughter the best rate possible with zero strings attached. I would make this my dealer go to choice for the state.

Rich sales manager total liar,con man ..sold my son a 23k car that needed clutch work after 14 days of ownership ..they refused to honor the 30 day warranty..no... loyalty here ...Save yourself money time and headaches ..look up reviews on this place and go elsewhere! Wish we did
Gary Conners is a great sales guys! He made me feel very comfortable when buying a car. Very honest guy. Gary took good care of me from the day I walked... in til the day I received the car. He personally delivered the car to me! He took care of everything! The car looks brand new even though used. I am very happy with the car. The rest of the staff was very nice including the manager Richard. It was a great buying experience. An experience I will remember for the rest of my life.
