very unpleasant experience

I called to ask about a Chevy corvette the sales rep was very rude and responding in a way that I was feeling that I did something wrong to call and ask about this specific car !!!

Inquired about a price for factory ordering a vehicle....

Inquired about a price for factory ordering a vehicle. Was told I would have to place the order and the price would not be available until the vehicle was delivered. They claim that in the 8-12 weeks or more that it takes to build the vehicle the price would change. In the past I have factory ordered vehicles and the agreed upon price was always determined when the vehicle was ordered. I am shopping other Chevrolet dealers and not one has this sales policy.

I had the worse experience, I canceled my contract. Fraud, lies, threats, intimidating tactics. If I was white I would've had a better experience.

Satisfied costumer

Brought my car in for an oil change, rear window was accidentally broken while in shop. John Bell, Toni Lobello and Scot Brown made sure the damage was fixed properly. Highly satisfied with them. Thank you for doing a fantastic job on going above and beyond.

Service

Just had my vehicle serviced today and the experience was great. Steve Murillo the service advisor was a pleasure to deal with as was Dawn who scheduled my appointment. Ozzie the the service technician was also a pleasure to deal with and serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. Good `experience all around.

Poor service, wrong information, zero customer ser

2 days ago If you wanna waste your time go to Robert Chevrolet, I been there liked a van they said it 15500 and they will buy my car for 5000. guy name Tom show us the van and let us test drive it so there was some noise by fort tire he says it will be fix I waited a week and I call them back got know van is ready. I make sure the price and got answer yes but as I want there Sam told they only offer 3500 for my car Sorry on request we call the manger he come up say sorry which mean nothing to me because I wasted my time over 10 days so called family owned business. they took my registration And my car keys on the first day I want there and price my car $5000 way less then market value by the way manger himself was not wearing any mask and standing there. I hope some get back me to me on this.

Untrustworthy

Went in to see a truck I was thinking about buying. The people here were and are VERY rude and completely unprofessional. They couldn’t answer any of the basic questions I had and I felt they were attempting to steer me in the wrong direction. They kept trying to get me to lease instead of buy. I wasn’t born yesterday and I’d rather own the truck then pay this company monthly. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. Find a better dealer to do business with, these people are clearly incompetent and have very minimal knowledge on what they are selling.
