Nader rushed me through the buying process for a brand new 2019 RAV4 with what I later discovered had a defective transmission. Service is fair at best.... No one will ever call you back. Buyer beware.

I Purchased a used car from here a week ago. Big mistake! My mechanic noted that the car needed 3 TIRES FRONT\REAR Brakes. Now,it’s a runaround process... to get it rectified.
Great experience with the staff and the service was fast and worth the visit. The receptionist was kind, i was attended to immediately by a staff (I can’t... recall his name but he loves pancit and lumpia and Chris was very much accommodating.
Henderson Toyota is extremely clean, friendly, and efficient. I sat comfortably and got work done on WiFi that actually works while they installed 2 recalls,... replaced a belt, and did a full standard service in about 3 hours. Clean bathrooms. Fresh coffee. The service tech told me what to expect, updated me twice, and seemed sincerely eager to do a great job. Nobody pressured me at all about anything. A experience.
Got in on the last day of the tire sale but did not have time that day to put them on. So scheduled today to have it done. Got the alignment done as well.... Awhile back my door fobs broke or quit working. Had the extra new ones in my truck. Matt Jones the Service Manager and Michael Mosley Assistant Service Manager, made sure these things were done for me with very little hassle. Jason Scolari did the tires and alignment first thing this morning. All did a great job. Truck rides like new and I have no trouble getting in and out with the Fob programing. Mike Riesland explained the new Lifetime Warranty program in detail and Chris Olearo explained the Camry oil filter "O" Rings and housing upon my request. A good team, had a pleasant experience today. We purchased our 2010 Camry from Toyota of Henderson . "Have no regrets" They have serviced it and this vehicle my 2000 Tundra since arriving here in 2002. Owners and Management have changed but they keep getting better. Thank you.
Service Dept. Is great, but every time I get it serviced I get several calls from salesmen wanting me to trade. Again, the service department is great.
