  • Solid, economical, reliable transportation

Bought new in October 2017. 85,000+ miles. Needs new set of tires (previous set went 40,000+ miles) and a new battery (original battery dying after 69 months). Otherwise just (full synthetic) oil changes and routine maintenance. 2.4L 4-cyl. engine/4-sp. automatic trans. runs strong. 21 MPG in town, 30 MPG on the highway. Good winter traction with the right tires. Nothing inside or outside has fallen off that wasn't helped off by road debris. I wanted basic transportation without all the bling - this vehicle has more than filled the bill.

  • Transmission shot after 55,000 miles

Had this vehicle for almost two years with no problems. Then on the way home from the airport and about 3 hours from home, the transmission stopped working. Barely made it to a car shop and at 55,000 the transmission is shot and a bill of $6000 to repair. The mechanic was even shocked at the transmission going bad with only 55,000 miles on it. No warning signs at all.

  • Out performed my expectations!

This SUV meets all my needs. It has spacious third row seating, plenty of cargo storage compartments, several 12v plug ins, USB & aux ports. It rides smooth and the upright seating proves comfortable on long journeys! Its powertrain rates sluggish, but I beg to differ, it performs just as a V6 should.

  • Not what I wanted, but pleasantly surprised

Its a great vehicle for smaller families. I have 4 children under 10 and can fit everybody in ALMOST comfortably. The 3rd row seating leg room is very tight. Other than that, it's great. Not the fastest vehicle. But its not slow and has enough grunt to pass anybody in a timely manner. Seats are supportive with mild bolstering in the front. The audio system is good enough that im not constantly thinking about upgrading it. In fact the stock speakers have very clear definition at higher levels which kind of blew my mind a bit. All in all its been a very reliable car.

  • Disappointed for a new car

Rides rough, poor gas mileage, just not what I expected in a now car. I have a 16 year old Chevy Trailblazer that is still quieter an handles better an gets about the same gas mileage

  • Reliable, Comfortable, and Flexible

Pros- The car rides smooth as silk. We've driven it from Florida to New York and back twice now and it's comfortable, decent on gas mileage for a vehicle its size, and cleans up pretty easily. We've had zero mechanical issues and even the tires took 2 years to wear down before they needed to be replaced. Cons- The phone chargers are down deep in the cubby under the radio. So deep. You can't see past your hand and end up pushing around and hoping you hit the plug right. Total pain. The 3rd row folds down flat for added cargo room, but when it's up you won't fit more than 2 bags of groceries in the trunk area and people with larger feet can't fit in the back row. Still the flexibility of fitting 2 extra people or tons of stuff in the back is really nice. My 2 large dogs were able to jump in and out without a problem. The 2nd row also moves forward and backward for leg room. Two adults fit comfortably in the 2nd row.

  • Worst car ever owned.

Has been in the shop four times going on five when it is taken back in today after me and my husband get off work. Put it in the shop on January 9, 2020 and got it back on February 28, 2020 and have to take it back today for the same problem with the transmission that has been going on since the vehicle was purchased in May of 2017 brand new. Transmission problems started in November of 2017 and another transmission was put in this last time but the slamming into gear has not been fixed. Chrysler is giving us the run around and we had to get a Lemon Law Attorney to help with the problem. They should have to buy back the vehicle cause payments are still being made on it and it stays in the shop more than in the driveway. Had to buy a new vehicle to drive cause they refused to give us a loaner while ours was in the shop.
