  • This vehicle is the worst vehicle I have ever owned when

This vehicle is the worst vehicle I have ever owned when it came to reliability. Full head gasket failure at 80,000 miles. The vehicle was well maintained, even early oil changes. Full head gasket failure 10,000 miles later. Over $9000 in repairs. You never feel secure or comfortable in this vehicle because something is always breaking. Even during the very rare times the vehicle is not having issues, it runs terrible.

  • Bought 2018 Jeep Cherokee brand new consumed oil from day

Bought 2018 Jeep Cherokee brand new consumed oil from day one. Have to dump extra 1-2 quarts of oil inbetween oil changes. Vinyl peels off doors. Service shifter keeps coming on starting doing it from start. Speakers tic. Center console came loose in the first year. All around hunk of junk. Front is all plastic cheap made. Made cheap enough a dog can destroy it to the point of not working.

  • Wish I never bought a jeep!!!

I am beyond disappointed with this vehicle! At 50,000 mile it practically lives at the dealer. Engine block cracked shower real.and took 13 weeks to replace. After that had it for one day car is spazzing out back to the dealer. Dealership doesn’t call with updates, I have to hound them.

  • Good Reliable Vehicle.

I like this car a lot. I gave up a lot of interior space when I traded in my Journey for the Cherokee and the ride is not quite as smooth along with less gas milage but every other way it is far superior. Love the 4x4 and how it handles in snow. The interior design is very nice as is the exterior design. More sleek. It is still a nice comfortable ride, especially on the highway. It is much more reliable than my last car. The seat and steering wheel warmers are an extremely nice touch. Yea, I like the Jeep Cherokee very much.

  • 2018 Jeeps suck!

The only year between 2013 and 2023 that you can not update or get Apple Car Play? Why did they just exclude this one year? If you have the Grand Cherokee you can get it? Without this you can't use the GPS from your phone or upload software updates? I could change the Head Unit, at a cost of $2,000.00 and even then I have to take it to a dealership so they can get their piece of the action?

  • Love it all!

The interior is spacious, comfortable, and full off options. The exterior is sleek and attractive. Handles well. Good gas mileage. Haven't had any issues with it yet. Also love that it has a full sized spare tire and not a donut or the kits that the jeeps come with now.

  • Love my Cherokee Limited

This is my 3rd Cherokee I’ve owned. Still a reliable, comfortable SUV. I love that when it’s slick and snowy, I can drive right up the pass to get home. I am 5’4” and I love that the driver seat sits me up higher. The cargo space is big enough that I’ve hauled desks, chests, and other ‘finds’.

  • I got a lemon

Car is just over 3 years. I’ve owned it 2. It has blown a head gasket and the transmission harness needed replacing earlier this year. Car handles great in the snow so much so that today I put it in 4 low for the first time since I bought it and it dropped coolant all over my driveway. Check engine light is on and now it sits until I can call the garage again tomorrow. This car has less then 55k miles on it. I drive it less then 30 miles round trip a day and the occasional day trip on a weekend. I don’t horse it I don’t go off RD like it’s suppose to be able to. It should not be having these issues. Very disappointed. This is my 3rd Jeep and I will not buy another
