I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Annu was prompt, professional and attentive through the entire process, which took nearly a month by the time the vehicle got to my doorstep. Annu even worked through an unplanned trip to the hospital. Annu responded immediately to my initial inquiry, went to bat for me early on pricing, secured the vehicle so that it was reserved for me, promptly addressed some paperwork preferences I had, arranged for the car to be shipped, again went to bat for me when I requested a late change in price, and assured that the car was taken care of in transport. I came for an oil change and car wash and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and took great care of me and my car. Overall a 4 star experience. Good communication, decent service times and snacks while waiting. Sometimes it feels like work is being drummed up, while sometimes it doesn’t. Been going here for years and ultimately feel they’re on par or better than other options. Just wish pricing was a little bit better, and I noticed a cost associated with the multi point inspection on the work detail sheet, which seems odd to me since that appears to be an opportunity to drum up business. Maybe it wasn’t clear and they would tell me it’s included and I don’t understand the sheet. Either way, 4 stars.
