Lots of cars to choose from. Salesman Sam Munshi was very professional. He showed us the specific cars we came to see and was with us on the test drives. He was also quick at looking up the prices of other vehicles on the lot that caught our eye. Very helpful.

This vehicle is great! Well taken care of third-row a/c is missing which is a disappointment in the comfort category but we are very happy

George was great! While I lost out to another bidder, the experience was unpressured and enjoyable. Truck was well priced and a gard to find model. I would use them again.

Jackson AcuraReviews
Jackson Acura review
My dad and I traveled from Augusta to Roswell, GA, to look at a 2024 Acura MDX A-Spec with the intention of purchasing it if everything checked out. After having a disappointing experience at an Acura dealership in Columbia, SC, we decided to use the CarEdge AI service to help us navigate the negotiation process, and we were able to negotiate a great deal. When we arrived at Jackson Acura, we had the opportunity to work directly with the Sales Manager, Dmitry. He was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel so much easier and more comfortable than our previous experience. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely give Dmitry and Jackson Acura a 5-star rating! If you’re in the market for an Acura and want to work with someone who knows their business, communicates honestly, and is willing to work with you, I highly recommend checking out Jackson Acura. After our experience in Columbia, SC, the difference in customer service was definitely noticeable!
2019 Acura MDX review
My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. The car was beautiful, clean , low mileage, and had a really awesome price tag. I would send my friends and family to buy a car from Metric. Their customer services was great and very professional. The ball was in my corner, they made me feel that I was a valuable customer. Thank you Metric Dealership of Raleigh.

2019 Acura MDX review
I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

Lexus of Knoxville review
The sales person. Dominic was fantastic to work with. He did a great job in dealing with the lower priced used car. The paperwork for buying a $9K car was a lot, but we got through it. I did buy the car and Lexus of Knoxville treats us very well! Highly recommended them.
