Advantage Acura of NapervilleReviews
Advantage Acura of Naperville review
★★★★★ Great first EV purchase experience with Le Roy! We bought our Hummer EV from Advantage Acura of Naperville and couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Le Roy Churchill, was extremely friendly and really knew his stuff. This was our first electric vehicle, and he took the time to answer all our questions and walk us through everything without ever rushing us. We'd actually come from another dealership earlier that day where we had a bad experience, and we didn't even plan on buying that day. Le Roy completely turned things around. We both left extremely happy with our purchase and the whole experience. If you're shopping at Advantage Acura, especially for an EV, ask for Le Roy!

Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook ParkReviews
Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park review
Ed was SO helpful! We had such a great experience with him and the rest of the team at Spitzer! Buying a new car can be such a daunting process but he listened to what we were looking for without the pressure I've experienced at other dealerships. AND he was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind the features we were looking for and our budget.
2021 Acura RDX review
4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.

Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln NorthReviews
Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North review
My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Nautilus hybrid. The greatest surprise was Ford corporate decided to extend the employee purchase plan to all customers. No need to negotiate as it is a set price. Zach (sales) and Andy (financial) were great to work with and did not use any pressure tactics to buy. This is our 3rd purchase from the North location, but have bought from the West location and the old Dimension West location on Jefferson. We always have great service experiences as well.

Southwest Auto SalesReviews
Southwest Auto Sales review
Great experience. I called to check on a 2021 Ram Limited that they had listed. I was driving 8 hours to see it, they confirmed it was in stock and we made an appointment for the next morning. They had it ready when I arrived. It was as described. I knew what my Jeep Wrangler was worth so it didn’t take long to agree on a deal. Cobra Rhodes was the sales person and I also worked with the general manager Josh Osborne. Both were great to work with. I was only there 90 minutes and left with my new to me truck. I had been looking over the eastern half of the country and this was the best deal that I found. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected to receive the title. They used a third party title company that didn’t completely the paperwork for several weeks. After I contacted Southwest about it, they did everything they could to resolver it quickly.

Audi Minneapolis review
I had an amazing first car-buying experience with Tyler Hopkins! He helped me purchase my 2016 Honda CR-V and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I really appreciated his communication and how easy he made everything throughout the process. As a first-time car buyer, having someone so helpful and reliable made such a big difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Tyler, for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! 🚗✨

I have to say you gotta give it to Megan & the finance manager. Thank you for everything 🫶🏼 and finally out of being upside down over $10,000. I may be in a lease, but I’m riding comfortably within the next three years. I can decide what upgrade I’m gonna do. I work in Office management & I’m so confident in this team. I would go to work for them Thank you. See you in three years. Besides the maintenance

Porsche Stratham review
I purchased a 2015 Boxster GTS from Porsche Stratham and I have to say it was the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. And on top of that it was a sight unseen purchase as I live in California. Communications with Alex Bourdeau, Sales and Anthony Wallace, Sales Manager were excellent and timely. Alex and Anthony followed through with every promise made, and the car when delivered was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Porsche Stratham if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle even if you are out of state.

Overall, my experience wasn't bad. The office I went to which was actually the collision part of the store can be missed if you're not sure where you're going. I worked with Kobe and he was patient with me since I had brought my wife and kids along with their carseats to test out the Subaru and how the carseats would do. Could have haggled more for a better price, but I had financing already taken care of before coming to the dealership and they ultimately got me in the SUV I had my eyes on. It was good doing business with Kobe and Andrew!

This is our second car from this dealer. The first was a new 2026 (TX). There was a problem with one of the tires which they kept tryingbuntil they figured out the problem. This time our daughter needed a used AWD UX (her UX was FWD) moving to CO from FL. Both times Rachel was wonderful and able to find with a wait period exactly what we wanted.

My sister purchased a vehicle last night from Karen and Sam. We had been looking for an SUV that met her wants for a few months. This was a very successful purchase! Karen and Sam made things comfortable, respectable, and we were successful in the purchase and the extended warranty purchase. It was awesome to watch them work with my sister to get her something she wanted and deserved.

Sign It Drive ItReviews
Sign It Drive It review
Everyone was great to work with. Professional, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. My salesman Mr. Graver was awesome. He along with the sale manager and finance manager worked with me to give a great deal on the Chevy truck I purchased from them. I recommend Sign It Drive It if you're looking to purchase a great used vehicle.

Mazzei ChevroletReviews
Mazzei Chevrolet review
I found the best price on a Chevy Bolt with low miles. While the car wasn’t perfect, it was in good condition. The staff was friendly and attentive. Tony assisted us and made himself available by email and text, was very responsive and accommodating. No, they do not allow. Negotiation on their used car prices, but it wasn’t needed. The other reviews harping on that fact shoe the arrogance and entitlement some consumers have despite Their prices being more than fair. If a good product at a great price is delivered, why would you insult someone with a lower price? Have some respect. Only complaint was the cheap tires they put on the car. Horrible. But I expected a corner or two to be cut for the price I paid and for home delivery.
2019 Acura RDX review
Love this car. Great performance and reliability. I love that the mag wheels don’t collect break dust and always look clean. I hate the stop start function and turn it off every time I drive the car

Groove ToyotaReviews
Groove Toyota review
Went to Groove Toyota to just look at new hybrid Toyota SUVs and met Mike Goodoe. Mike listened to the need/preference and offered some model options. Joe Swonger stepped in seamlessly and we took a demo drive with a used, low mileage Rav 4. Joe explained unique features of the Rav4 and provided a comparison to the new Highlanders (my original thought for a new vehicle). I was convinced that the used Rav4 would be the best option! Joe walked me through all the final steps and closed the sale. He and Mike also delivered the car to our home. Joe and Mike were both very easy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful and followed up to make sure this was the right deal. Thank you, Groove Toyota for the great customer service, value, and product.
