I have been a loyal certifed pre owned Acura customer for many, many years. With that being said, I have purchased from local dealers from Atlantic City to Bucks County and truly had the BEST car buying experience at Acura Turnersville this week.
Omar Ang, was my sales associate. I cannot say enough about him. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. When I mentioned I hadn't had lunch, he offered to bring in a pizza. Omar spent the time with me to go over all the latest features and transfer all my phone contents for me.
I also received a follow up call from him within a few days to see if I had any questions.
I know where I will purchase my next Acura.
The experience was a good one I was treated with respect the salesman was friendly and thoughtful and informative. I would recommend Acura of Turnersville to my friends and family and I will consider my wife purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Turnersville. Len, our salesman, was a great guy; answered all our questions. He went through all our financial options. This is why we went back to him a second time. Hopefully we will deal with him many more times in the future.
I appreciate the professional, helpful, and patient manner in which we were treated at Acura of Turnersville. We only had a limited amount of time for the process, and they made sure that happened. This is the second vehicle we leased from them, and (God willing), will not be the last. Our Acura Brand Specialist Jay Rubino was AWESOME. Jay was very patient and knowledgeable and showed us cars not only at Acura but Toyota and Honda as well. We settled on a Certified Toyota Corolla and are thrilled. This is our 2nd Vehicle purchase from Jay and Acura of Turnersville. We will be back in May 2019 when our Daughter graduates from College. A Fabulous buying experience all around.
My vist for service at Lexus of Cherry Hill was done in their usual outstanding manner. Lexus of Cherry Hill is, and has been for the last 13 years, the auto service and sales dealer for me and will continue to be my go to place for any auto service or sales.
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.
Once again the entire team at Faulkner Volvo excelled at every level from start to finish. From my arrival checking in the vehicle and receiving a loaner car free of charge to picking my car up which was washed and vacuumed as usual and receiving a discount on my brakes and also a free state inspection. Quality work performed at a fair and competitive price. FIVE STARS
Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.
