I absolutely love the customer service and attention to details I received at Willis Auto. We just used them to purchase a 2018 Kia Forte. I chose this vehicle because of the high miles per gallon, and everything the sales person said was true. I got 44 mpg my first week driving my new car. They also touched up a small ding I found after getting home on the roof of the car in minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car at a reasonable price!
We went to Smart Honda after doing research on the right vehicle for our needs. We decided on the Honda Pilot, but were unsure on what trim level to choose. Our salesperson, Syerra Niday, was great to work with. She helped to explain the differences, and did not try to sway our decision to the higher priced model; rather helped us to explore the differences to make the right choice. Although she is a new salesperson she worked hard to get all the info we needed. We're very satisfied with our purchase and very happy to have worked with Syerra.

Service is always great. Nice people and very accommodating. Been bringing my vehicles there for more than 8 yrs. Keep buying from there too just to know that the service upkeep with always be exceptional and I dont have to worry. Can't say enough great things about their service dept.
One thing that struck me as I left my 2012 Acura TSX for service recently is how clean the shop is. I had to take my car in for a recall (passenger airbag--the supplier's issues prompted recalls for numerous makes), and while I was at it, I had Acura of Johnston repair a faulty tire pressure sensor. The shop diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part in stock, gave me a cost estimate, made the repair, and did so on time. I am satisfied with the service from Acura of Johnston and would recommend an Acura to anyone. I live 125 miles away. I trust the car so much I had no trouble making the purchase even though we have no Acura dealers in Eastern Iowa. That's how highly I think of Acura.
There were no available appointments for the day and I brought my car in as the battery was dying and I was stranded at a gas station. Got the car started and drove it over to Acura and they got me in and solved my porblem.
The battery in my car totally died. After getting it started, I brought it in for a thorough check on everything related to the battery. Everything tested OK and I have had no additional issues. They worked me in, tested everything, and cleaned the vehicle. All for NO CHARGE. I live in another state and they went out of their way to help me.
I found my Pontiac Montana sv6 online and went to see it they waited on me after hours to get there. They were super nice polite and helpful let me rest drive look at and not pressure me into it. Just gave me car fax without asking and I even came back another day with wife and 2 year old and newborn again after hours to look at again.
