It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open. Still waiting on other dealerships to respond from a week ago. I purchased a new Z4 M40i and Tony stayed with the transaction until the car was loaded on a carrier. My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I love my Acura RDX. To me. It's like a luxury vehicle, love everything about it. If I ever got a new SUV, it would definitely be another RDX

He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I bought my car at Holman Honda. My car alerted me that my tire pressures were low. I went to the service area and Delon checked my tire pressure, added air, and calibrated it and the alert disappeared. 1 week later the same thing happened and this time Paul did the same thing. I have been driving my car over a week and the alert has not come back. Delon and Paul provided excellent customer service. They both went above and beyond to help me. Keep up the excellent work!

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I had been looking for a relatively specific Toyota Tundra and found the perfect vehicle at AutoNation Subaru West. Amanda was very quick to respond with a digital brochure and carfax for the vehicle I inquired about and their online salesperson, Tristan was prompt in responding but not pressuring me at all. After a couple of days, I committed to purchase the truck w/ a down payment on a Saturday, wired all funds the following Tuesday and the truck was shipped to me in Indianapolis the following Monday. I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I had a flat tire and they were able to repair it. I never felt pressure to get new tires, and they fixed it quickly.

Bought my 2018 MDX from Hendrick Acura Charlotte and love it so much I'm looking to upgrade to a newer model. I kept up with all the maintenance and never had any issues at all. Acura is a good solid car!

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

Overall great vehicle. Bought with tech. Package couple grand. Navigation programming too complicated due to go through procedures. Really did not need tech. Package. Would not buy tech again. Don’t use most of the elements provided.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

Sales and finance teams were extremely flexible and attentive, listening to my concerns and working to find solutions. They supported 2 different test drives when I had a concern about a specific driving condition, being extremely flexible working around my schedule. Cam, Austin, and Alec worked together to provide answers to all of my questions regarding financing and extended warranties. When a last minute issue arose on a Friday afternoon, their maintenance department obtained the part and swapped it out on a Saturday morning to allow me to pickup the car that afternoon. Communication was excellent, receiving 2 status updates that morning.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

With only 74,000 miles in the odometer I can say nothing has ever broken in my RDX. It’s super reliable. Oil changes as cheap at the dealership and the car never complaints. Strong V6 that doesn’t have to deal with the long term reliability issues if the boosted turbos of today. No oil consumption problems. No leaks. No noises. The car still looks and feels like it came out of the lot. Will keep it until I can no longer drive.

My family and I went in looking for a nice cars for our son who needed his first car and we were blown away by the experience. The second we walked in they treated us like family and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We will be coming back in the future!

As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Everyone was polite and helpful. I needed a cooling fan. The repairs were great and on time. Would certainly take my infinity there again for any repairs needed.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.
