2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?

2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I bought my Alpha Romeo Giulia about 2 weeks ago. I have never sat in or driven one before. I went for a test drive and fell in love. I have owned many fast cars, BMW M4, X7 with twin turbo 8s, Audi's etc. This car takes me back to the old school BMW for the pure driver minus all the extra you pay for the fancy interior LED and tech screens. I needed a good commuter car with good mileage as my SUV gives me 15mpg combined. The Alpha is a great commuter but so much more! It gives 33mph pure highway, I get 27 combined. It's a fast and powerful turbo 4. But the car is light with a carbon fiber drivetrain, it is light and nimble and so much fun to drive. The styling and wheel package on the Veloce trim is stunning. I get many looks and compliments and many wonder what it is. It's a beautiful look with great driving dynamics, and ride is firm but comfortable. It is not as hard as a BMW where you feel every pebble on the road, but tight to the ground with low center of gravity. My other friend loved it so much when we took it for a drive and traded in his 2016 BMW 5 series with the M package. He traded in his twin turbo 8 for the the Giulia and loves the drive. Reminds me of my first BMW in 2009, pure joy. I highly recommend it, especially for the price. Alpha Romeo is not that well known and cannot demand the prices of BMW and Mercedes. I would lease as most European cars lose resale value. Positives are the sporty look and drive quality, sexy wheels and amazing engine and efficiency. Paddle shifters, cargo room in trunk and useable back seat. Negatives are they are a bit behind in tech in terms of Android Auto and Apple car play. It is wired, not wireless, but you can buy a carline device on amazon for 80 bucks to fix that issue. Otherwise, great.

2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I have owned my brand new 2023 Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce for six months, and I must say it has been a blast driving it. The exterior styling makes this sports sedan one of the best-looking cars on the road today. The color I picked (Ocra-GT) is a rare find and makes the vehicle even more beautiful. I cannot tell you how many times I have heard wows from strangers. The interior is impeccable, and I love the leather seat design. The bolsters hug the driver as the vehicle makes tight turns. The ride is surprisingly quiet, and the Giulia accelerates quickly. The fuel efficiency is also incredibly good for a sports car. I get about 24-25 miles per gallon in combined city and highway driving. The trim I bought (Veloce) has level 2 autonomous features that work as advertised even though the vehicle has a low center of gravity. I have not had any mechanical or other issues with my car except for taking it in for a quick software update. Combine all of this with the excellent purchase experience at the dealer in NC (Leith Alfa Romeo), including the reasonable purchase price, to the smooth service at my local Alfa dealership (Safford Alfa Romeo - Tysons Corner, VA), it is clear that Alfa Romeo is laser focused on the US market. If you are looking for a sports car that has all the current safety features, excellent build quality, attractive styling, and superb driving characteristics, the Giulia is an exceptional buy.

2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
It's been just over 1 month since I purchased my '21 Giulia, so I have no answer for items like long term reliability, so I rated it a 5 since it hasn't broken yet (hah!). Anyway, I will start off with the negative items that I can come up with: Any review you read, or video you watch will always talk about how bad Alfa Romeo's were back in the 1970's and 1980's. So was just about every other brand on the market back then. Today's car is so much different, that you need to IGNORE those parts of the videos and reviews that you consume. The 2021 Giulia is also much better then the 2016 Giulia when it first hit the market, and having several years to work out the bugs that were experienced in early reviews. Now that I've told you about the reliability issues and negative impressions from reviews, let me tell you about the things that I don't like about my Giulia: I have big, size 12 feet, along with long legs, and the front foot space in the car either in the drivers seat or the passenger footwell are not as comfortable for me as I would prefer. Sometimes, my right leg is full on uncomfortable when I have the cruise control set, and have a hard time finding someplace to put my leg for a while. You may never experience this, but I highly recommend you test for this if you are a long legged person with big feet. The base radio sounds great, but it doesn't come with either HD Radio, or a CD player. Now, a whole bunch of you are going to say "Who cares about CD players in 2021?" The answer is my wife and I do. We have hundreds of CD's that we have collected since we are teenagers, and they work perfectly fine, and I don't see any reason to have to abandon something that works perfectly fine. We bought a portable cd player to plug into the aux port in the center console. The one item I dislike the most about the Giulia is the headlights, and this is a completely persona thing. Please, test drive the car and night, and make sure the lights meet your needs for the areas you drive in. My problem with the headlights is that the standard lights are not adaptive, and only 25 Watts. You have to go up a trim level, and then pay extra to get the 35 Watt performance headlight option. The other item I dislike about the headlights is that the headlights flip up a shutter when you activate the high beams, instead of switching to a higher wattage bulb. You have the exact same amount of light in front of you, but now you can see the tree line above you, not actually any further down the road in front of you, which is what you actually want to happen when you turn on the highbeams. If you are trying to blind the sniper on the rooftop at the end of the street, thin these headlights will be perfect for your needs. I wish the back seat entry was bigger. Either the door opening a bit larger, or that the door itself moved more out of the way. That's it for the negative stuff. That's all I have, seriously. The good stuff: This car is just an absolute joy to drive. The steering and handling is fantastic. You can pitch it into corners and feel the car transfer weight, and pitch over onto the sidewalls, dig in, and slice through the corners, chicanes, s-curves, hairpins, decreasing radius off ramps, and whatever else you can throw it into with sublime control. It makes you want to look for the curviest route just to go pick up groceries. I have 2 traffic circles in my neighborhood, and 1 more on the way to the grocery store, and I always take delight in them when there's no traffic in front of me to ruin the fun. The engine is amazingly powerful. The transmission is fantastic. You have 3 power modes to play with that change the personality of the power output and shift logic. Advanced mode decreases maximum torque output to 200 lbs-ft, and decreases the maximum boost that the engine gets fed, along with increasing the AWD functionality if the road conditions are slippery. Normal mode gives you access to 285 lbs-ft of torque, and gives you nice smooth shifts, and lets you play with all the hp the engine makes, whenever you want. It also holds onto gears longer, and lets you fully play with the car, as you start driving like a complete loon. I have run out of words in this review so here's my final advice: Do a brake stand to 2k rpms, and launch it. Thank me afterwards.

2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
I drove this car for two year and really loved it. It’s fun to drive and the aesthetics are unmatched. I had the “base” but it’s really totally loaded and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The maintenance was pretty easy given it’s a new car. It had no issues.

2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia review
This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. Since the infotainment update in 2020 the technology in this vehicle is really good! But who cares when it's literally the best driving car on the road right now. Fantastic acceleration and handling, neck snapping good looks, I'm really good fuel mileage to boot!

2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
My Tonale is terrific! It’s a little smaller than my previous Honda CRV but perfect for two people in front and my dog in back. It’s a little tight for four adults so we take my wife’s if we have a foursome. I bought it in July and it’s used three or four tanks of gas total. Driving around town I use the all electric setting. It’s so pretty I get lots of looks!
