Audi review Long and honest review worth reading, as I rarely leave any reviews unless my experience had been stellar! This is my second review for this fantastic dealership and especially Mr. Mobin Fateh my all time favorite sales representative at Chantilly Audi! Initially Mobin and his team helped my wife to painlessly transition from her previously leased vehicle to a brand new Audi Q3. I was in the market for another car as well and had few cars in mind. Once we experienced Mobin’s excellence, I decided to purchase an Audi from him. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of picking up my new Audi from them! Mobin is outstanding. What a king this man is! Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

We had a very good experience purchasing a Tesla Model Y from VINS. Tony was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Showed us most of the features as we drove. Explained ever about the car and the deal. They were very upfront with all information about the car. Hina in finance was very patient. No pressure. It was a nice experience. Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.
