Audi HawthorneReviews
Audi Hawthorne review
A few weeks ago, I was hit by a stolen car. My car was totaled and I was injured. The ordeal was overwhelming! After looking at hundreds of cars, I was exhausted. I found several cars I could afford close by, but they didn't feel legitimate. I found a car online at Audi Hawthorne (the NY, not in NJ!) I e-mailed an inquiry, and Perry Snitkin in sales at Hawthorne answered. Perry was patient and understanding. We went back and forth with phone calls, e-mails, and texts, dozens of times, I even had a problem and couldn't show up as promised one morning. And he NEVER got aggravated. I realized he was a not a xx salesman, and I trusted him! All this for a car that was a trade in and he was NOT going to make a fortune on! Though there were similar cars much closer to me, I paid for an Uber, went, and bought the car sight unseen! I would give him and the dealership 10 stars if I could. The car was perfect and the warranty they give is exceptional. The dealership is also incredible to see, beautiful area. Sincerely, Michael Hirak

We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. Shout out to Leo and the rest of the crew for all their help!

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Brewster Ford review
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the entire experience was outstanding. Mike Rose was personable, easy to talk to, and made the entire process feel relaxed and straightforward. He took the time to understand what I needed and never made me feel pressured at any point. In the finance office, Dom Tonelli was equally impressive. He walked me through everything clearly and never pushed add‑ons or extras I didn’t want. It was refreshing to feel respected and not upsold. On the technical side, Dom Scott was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer every question I had about the vehicle’s features and setup. His calm, helpful approach made the final steps of the process feel effortless. Overall, the sales process was smooth, transparent, and completely pressure‑free. This dealership truly sets the bar for how car buying should feel. I’d gladly return for my next vehicle.

2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Whole deal was negotiated over text while I was at work. Showed up at 5, drove it, signed, home by 7:15. If you know what you want, don't waste a whole Saturday like I used to.
2018 Audi A5 review
Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

J & M Automotive review
Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Was the best experience in the purchase of my son's first vehicle. This was our first time at Northway. No delays in obtaining financing and the truck runs great. Took all of the used car worry out of the picture. Do no wonder about it just go and see for yourself. I would recommend Northway 100%.

Paul Miller AudiReviews
Paul Miller Audi review
I was involved in a car accident where my car was unfortunately a total loss. I called Paul Miller Audi and the went above and beyond to get me back in a new A-5. They worked with my insurance company to expedite things so I wasn’t stuck with rental car fees for a longer time. The salesman, Peter, was amazing. He worked hard to find the car to replace my lost car. He set everything up in the new car and reviewed all the car’s features with me. I have been leasing Audis for more than 10 years, and since I have been a Paul Miller customer, I can say I’m glad I made the switch! Everyone is very friendly. I am also extremely pleased with their service department too. I feel very confident with the level of care my receives every visit.
2020 Audi A5 review
Absolutely loved my experience with the Audi A5! The car looks amazing, drives smoothly, and feels incredibly comfortable and refined. Everything from the interior to the performance exceeded my expectations. It was a great choice, and I’d definitely recommend the A5 to anyone looking for something stylish and fun to drive.

CarMax East Haven review
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

I purchased a car from Napleton River Oak Honda. I was so very happy and pleased fron start to finish. Thank you so much Jeffrey Parham for selling me the perfect car that fits my personality. I couldn't be happier. Jeffrey Parham understood the assignment!

Was in and out in less then a hour for a price that worked for both my family and I and also took care of my lease without a problem. Would highly reccommend.
2020 Audi A5 review
This car has it all. Luxury, sportiness, comfort and economical. Beautiful lines and great interior. Back up camera could be a little better but over all really happy with my purchase.

Jacob our sales agent was amazing! The only car sales agent I met who never tried to ripped us off.
2018 Audi A5 review
Love this car, but the interior is far below what should be in a car that costs this much. I have the dark gray/ black and it is awful. The vented sections in the leather seats look like they are fading/ spotting in the front and back. This car is babied. It is a definite defect in the leather. Audi wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad it is a lease. I’ll never get that color interior again. Very disappointed with Audi’s poor response.
