Hurst Autoplex MitsubishiReviews
Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Dodge Ram RHO in Canyon Lake Green from Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi. I’m located in Louisiana, so buying a truck from a dealership in Texas could have easily been a complicated process, but Parker made the entire transaction seamless from start to finish. Parker was great to work with—professional, responsive, straightforward, and made sure everything was handled without any headaches. They also gave me top dollar for my trade, which made the deal even better. The shipping process from Texas to Louisiana was extremely easy and well coordinated. The truck arrived exactly as expected, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. If you’re considering buying from Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi, even if you’re out of state, I highly recommend giving Parker a call. They made buying my RHO from several hundred miles away easier than some purchases I’ve made locally. Great dealership, great communication, and a great overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!
2017 Audi A5 review
the car's condition is very good; I bought it as a new car, and only drive less than 30000 miles, so the car still has its full warranty. This car is very easy and comfortable to drive and operate, even for new drivers. Also, it is good for people who want to drive fast since it has sport mood.

Although I have not purchased a vehicle from this establishment; (yet) I still want to highlight my experience. From the get go, I worked with Jennifer. She was amazing!!! I asked a lot of her with pictures and such, as I live in CT! She got back to me promptly and courteously. Always following up with me to assure I received them. Thanks Jennifer!!

I love the car. It is sporty, response, quiet, comfortable to drive. It has been a great car. I have used it to travel from SoCal to Nevada and Utah. I am able to use my hands free and the sound is so clear.

I did not think I could make a deal to trade my Ram for an F150, but Nirvana made it work. She kept working until she found a truck that worked for us. Great service and tenacity. Thank you.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Hailey provided me with excellent service and was very fair in her assessment of my vehicle. She did an excellent job communicating and following up with me. I would have sold my Sentra to auto nation if my friend?s daughter did not want it so much. Great interactions with Hailey!
2018 Audi A5 review
Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

2014 Audi A5 review
I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.
