First let me say that i normally don’t do this. My experience was so good that i had to. I first went to Great Neck for a different car and found out that it was already sold. No call no deposit from me so that’s completely understandable. Upon walking on the lot i came across my baby. There she was a nice yankee navy blue 2013 740 Li BMW with a caramel interior... I looked at the price and quickly thought i can’t afford this - or so i thought. Upon entering the building i was greeted by Mr Rick Rogers. He was very articulate and persuasive without being pushy. Straight off the back i could tell i was dealing with a seasoned veteran. So within our conversation he suggested that i take her for a spin and boooooy did i... Best test drive I’ve ever been on. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Luxury power performance and payment lol.. After my thrilling test ride it was time to sit down and talk to John the financial guru.
The first thing he said was i will get u where u need to be. That sounds great but what’s the catch.? There was none !!! Within hours i was driving my BMW off the lot and into my driveway.. My payments and insurance are within reason for my situation. Overall i had a GREAT car buying experience at Great Neck and i will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends... BTW this is a real person and story..!!!
I will highly recommend this place ! I went to buy a used Chrysler Sebring and Chris and his staff helped me as much as they can especially with helping with the minor downsides of the vehicle. I was extremely excited and impatient for the car and Chris met the needs and had the patience and helped and give me referral to other resources I may need

Experience was more than I could ask for. Mike Boden was on point and a great partner in getting me into the car I wanted. The premises are very welcoming and the staff courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.
I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Town Audi. There was a miscommunication about some work that would be done before I picked up the car. Janet Feliciano, the general manager, gave me the benefit of the doubt and at her expense made sure I was 100 percent satisfied. You don't see that sort of thing so much these days and it really made a big difference to me, couldn't be happier with my experience
I was able to schedule a convenient time for my vehicles annual state safety and emissions inspection. I was able to enjoy a bagel and coffeee while I waited for my vehicle. The inspection was done promptly and I was offered a car wash following the inspection. Very good people to work with.
Truly had a great time at this dealership. Beat experience I???ve ever had buying a car. Might buy my next car from there as well. Even though I???m from Connecticut. Chris Gomez was great as well. I hope so more deal with them.
We have owned Audi for 10 years. We have been a customer of Audi Huntington for the past 3 years. The firs experience with them was exceptional as was our most recent purchase. We have also used them for servicing our cars and have always had a perfect experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else and would higly recomend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi.
The Sales Representative who assisted me, Erol Fettahlioglu, was very approachable, knowledgeable, professional and patient! He spent as much time with me as I required to address ALL my questions and concerns. Erol made the process as easy as possible for me as the client. Lastly, and most importantly, he did NOT utilize a hard sell...he let the responses to my questions / concerns do the selling in my mind. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Maurice and his team at Audi of Huntington made shopping for a car a pleasure. They were very knowledgeable about all of the features and did a tremendous job on advising me on the appropriate model for my family’s needs. Maurice himself took the time to make sure the car was in superb condition. I bought this car for my spouse but when it’s time for me to replace my car, I will be heading to Maurice and his team at Audi of Huntington!!
I bought a Buick LaCrosse From this dealer about 7 years ago and had it serviced there during that time period. I always found the service staff to be thoroughly professional and, most importantly, communicative. The waiting area is pleasant and I was able to get a ride to work when necessary. While having that Buick serviced, I needed a loaner car and they loaned me a new Envision. I really liked the car and the sales staff gave me a GREAT deal on a lease. This was confirmed by a relative who is in the car leasing business. I continue to have the car serviced at this dealer and I am happy to recommend others there.
I purchased a used 2018 A4 Black Optics from Ian a month ago and the experience was exceptional. I purchased the car over the phone and flew in and drove it home. The car was as described and I am very happy with it.

My salesman, Jason Spencer to me is what Audi Hawthorne stands for. Intergrity and service. It's not a slap on the back type of dealership. This is an all in place where from sales to service you are appreciated for not only buying but serviceing the vehicle as well. I am enjoying my experience and will pass it on to others who are looking for an Audi.
In leasing our fourth Audi, we chose this newer dealership, Hawthorne Audi, and the experience proved to be really pleasurable and easy. Rafael Rosario, our salesman, was knowledgeable and honest in his dealing with us. He handled the transaction smoothly, guiding us through the process and helping us select a great Q5. He was easy to reach by email or phone and always responded quickly to needs. Today we also met Sebastian Sanchez whose job it was to go over the functions of the vehicle and he was terrific...an organized "teacher" of high tech vehicles!
