2020 Audi Q3 review
The 2020 Q3 is a pleasure to drive and has so many technological innovations. It is a pretty small SUV with smallish backseat and cargo space but it’s very spacious upfront.

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NYReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NY review
Scott Bateman, service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, has yet again proved to be exceptional in his role and an integral part of the team at this dealership. His customer-focused approach highlights professionalism, attentiveness, communication, and respect for time. Scott goes out of his way to provide thorough and accurate information to his customers, ensuring details are understood every step of the way. The service videos are a unique touch that add to the experience and knowledge-base for customers, complementing the personal interfacing that is necessary for outstanding customer service. The Sales Department is key for getting customers into the dealership; however, the Service Department is crucial in maintaining longevity and sustainability for many years to come. Scott makes this vision a reality. I highly recommend Scott Bateman and the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County/Benzel-Bush in Harriman, New York, near the Woodbury Commons, for all your service needs. I look forward to many more years of working with Scott and his team.

Audi Mohegan LakeReviews
Audi Mohegan Lake review
Everyone was courteous and professional in demeanor. Waiting area is comfortable and coffee & snacks are yummy. Unfortunate that Mohegan Lake Audi doesn’t have a viewing gallery or some manner where customers may observe their vehicle being worked on. My only criticism is the high cost. Because my Q5 is a complex beast, we are reluctant to entrust it to anyone but a certified Audi dealer. And we tend to hold on to our vehicles for the long haul. Please help me truly believe that the extra cost is justified. You need to communicate to me that the Audi technicians hold special skills, which will keep my Audi Q5 purring for the next ten years. Thanks Stuart Elefant 347-952-5834

Audi HawthorneReviews
Audi Hawthorne review
A few weeks ago, I was hit by a stolen car. My car was totaled and I was injured. The ordeal was overwhelming! After looking at hundreds of cars, I was exhausted. I found several cars I could afford close by, but they didn't feel legitimate. I found a car online at Audi Hawthorne (the NY, not in NJ!) I e-mailed an inquiry, and Perry Snitkin in sales at Hawthorne answered. Perry was patient and understanding. We went back and forth with phone calls, e-mails, and texts, dozens of times, I even had a problem and couldn't show up as promised one morning. And he NEVER got aggravated. I realized he was a not a xx salesman, and I trusted him! All this for a car that was a trade in and he was NOT going to make a fortune on! Though there were similar cars much closer to me, I paid for an Uber, went, and bought the car sight unseen! I would give him and the dealership 10 stars if I could. The car was perfect and the warranty they give is exceptional. The dealership is also incredible to see, beautiful area. Sincerely, Michael Hirak
