I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

In doing my research for a replacement vehicle I found a Q5 at Audi Westmont that met my criteria. I started communication via email and the responses from the sales team were prompt and concise. I was able to discuss extended warranty options and pricing over the phone and the team was very accommodating to my needs. Their ability to work professionally without me needing to be in the showroom was fantastic. When I made my decision to drive and purchase the car, the engagement was very easy and laid back. We worked through the numbers and the value of my trade-in and fairly quickly reached agreement. This was one of the smoothest shopping/buying experience that I have encountered.
