Came to Audi Plano for annual service and tire replacement. The work included an oil change, replacing all four tires, wheel balancing, alignment, bent wheel repair, and a multi-point inspection. What I really liked is that they don’t add unnecessary mileage or do excessive test driving. My car was worked on, not driven around. They provide clean, newer loaner cars (you may need to book a bit further out to get one), and customer vehicles are kept locked on a gated lot with keys stored separately, which felt much safer. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I checked, and with a service offer, one tire ended up costing just $1. My service advisor, Sawyer, was great — clear communication, very patient, and no pressure to add unnecessary services. Overall, a very positive experience, and I plan to keep servicing my car here.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Went in today to check out a car I'd found on Cars.com, a 2012 Audi A8L. Great salesman (Ryan) who really educated me on all of its features. Took it for a rest drive; city and freeway driving. Great experience. Will definite be back as I get closer to buying my next car.
