The dealership had the vehicle I was looking for waiting on me when I arrived at the dealership. There was not a lot of game playing with purchase price and trade value.
2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I contacted dealership regarding Chevy SSR. I was contacted back quickly and professionally. However, the vehicle had a defect in the electric roof. I was no longer interested. Good experience, but it did not go anywhere because of the defect.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

Volvo Cars LisleReviews
Volvo Cars Lisle review
I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my 3rd Volvo, a new XC40, from Volvo of Lisle!! While I loved each of my last two S60’s (also bought from this dealer), this SUV exceeds my expectations of what a Volvo can be and do. For a second time (after 15 years of owning my last S60), Bob Makowka helped me pick the right car for my needs. He explained & made sure I understood the various features of each model so I could make the perfect for me selection. He then explained the new features on my new car so I felt comfortable on my first drive home. And he follows up promptly with answers to questions I thought of afterwards. Finance Manager Howar Ruiz took the pain out of all the paperwork (finance and title transfer) everything was well organized & easy to understand each step of the process. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service department where I usually deal with John Korallus for top notch service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Volvo of Lisle (and be sure to ask for Bob)!!

not the most exciting looking vehicle, but a brilliant car, and beautiful inside, where it matters. Love driving it, and traded for an A5 .

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I live in Ohio and bought a new truck from this dealership because they had the exact truck I wanted. I had never bought a car out of state from a dealership before. They made the entire process quick and easy. They explained every step of the process so I knew what I needed to do next. Everyone from their sales, financing, title and shipping department were great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I also got the truck cheaper than I could, for a similar truck, from a dealership in my area. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
