We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. Danielle was super nice. Very knowledgeable and understanding my Finacial situation. On the other hand. The manager was rude and very pushy for me to sign yesterday which ALMOST made me turn away from the deal. Finance was yelling through his office while we trying to finalize the deal. Rude on manager and finance guy.
