We decided on the Atlas about two weeks ago. As we were pricing and test driving all the different models, we really wanted the SEL. However, that style was slightly more expensive than we planned. We are from Bucks County, and we were looking at all the area VW dealerships. We needed the price to be a little lower, and that is where the Ciocca internet team, Tina Collins, responded to an email inquiry about the Atlas, and gave us a price that no Area dealer was willing to match. So we confirmed everything with Ciocca and put a deposit down over the phone! (Which made us really nervous). When we finally arrived in Allentown the staff greeted us and made our transaction extremely pleasant. We really appreciated how they were willing to answer all of our questions and stayed with us way past their closing time to finalize our deal. We never felt rushed, and the staff so helpful. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Ciocca dealership and cannot thank them enough for putting our family in this great vehicle.
I've been a customer of Allentown Audi for my previous A6, and have always been very happy with the honesty and integrity of their service department. When I decided to trade up, Audi of Allentown was my first and only stop. Anthony Vecera spent several hours with me as I drove several models and decided that a new A6 was right for me. Rather than trying to sell me on something on the lot, he took the time to understand exactly what i wanted - exterior / interior colors, options - and found me the exact car that I wanted. The buying process was efficient and hassle free, everyone I met with was helpful and I never felt pressured. And the new A6 is an amazing car, simply night and day different and better from my 2011 A6 (which was also a great car). I highly recommend Audi of Allentown.

Back story: I met Michael at another Porsche dealership years ago when I was looking for my first P-car. Always wanted a 911 stick.. but feeling my enthusiasm for driving, Michael gave me the keys to Boxster S - both PDK and manual and let my wife and I take it for a drive while he watched my then 7 year old (let the parenting criticisms begin.) Needless to say, I was sold on that car. Mid engine rotation... PDK banging shifts... Sublime... I digress... Long story short. I was introduced to the track and now need a tow vehicle for the Boxster. Michael had since changed dealerships to Warrington Sloane Porsche. So I tracked him down. He sourced me a 2017 CPO Cayenne S with extremely low miles as a suitable specimen. The car is mint. Perfect. I needed not run around on a wild goose chase - Michael took care of me getting the right car the right price. He gave me a great deal and above all, spent the time to create a lasting relationship. Just like he did years ago. He's not in it for the kill. He takes his time. He does customer service right - the way it should be - by building long term relationships to a top notch luxury brand. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
I am an international student and I leased a car from Bennett. Two important things I want to share about them:
1) First, I had an offer from another dealership and I call them and I asked them as my local dealership to match the price. Not only did they match the stated price in my quote first but they also gave me couple of dollars more discount.
2) The process of being accepted by Bank and Toyota based on my university documents was really smooth and the sales and finance people were optimistic and smiling all the time.
Specifically, I recommend Product Specialist, Richard Berkheimer who was my contact there. He is totally honest and knows what he is doing.
