This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

This review is for their ToyotaCare Service for my new car. I’ve had my service done twice at this dealership. Friendly and courteous staff. Nice waiting area. The repair shop is really busy so if waiting for your car expect 2 hr wait time. No problems with services done by the mechanics there. They always do a good job.

Mona (Sales) was very helpful, friendly, informative and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. David (Manager) helped to fill in the gaps and provide me with better photos than were online?so appreciated. Wael (Finance) topped off the purchase by explaining all of the finance (yawn) info in a much less boring way! All in all?I was very hesitant to purchase online and then go pick up the car that I wanted. This team made my car purchase a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Volkswagen Thousand OaksReviews
Volkswagen Thousand Oaks review
A year ago I bought a new ID buzz and overall, the experience has sucked. This 5 star review is specifically for Francisco in the service department. Since day 1 of owning the brand new ID Buzz, the brakes have been TERRIBLE - squeaking and grinding every time I brake. I had brought the car to the Thousand Oaks dealership and the Woodland Hills dealership multiple times for the issue. I had been told that this is a normal problem, the metals they need to use in CA are going to squeak no matter what they do, the hubcaps were designed poorly so there isn't enough ventilation to remove dust and debris from the brakes, that it is my responsibility to be washing the car more and removing dust and debris on the brakes, and overall my complaints had been 100% dismissed. Finally, I gave up and just decided the car is a xxx and I will have to live with it. I brought the car in for unrelated issues and said nothing about the brakes. After this visit, Francisco brought the brakes up to me, noting how horrible they are, which I said I know, but it seems thats just how the brakes are and will always be. He said absolutely not, that is not normal and can be fixed. He is the ONLY person at VW who has actually CARED. He kept me in the loop of the whole process and completely FIXED the "unfixable" brakes. My brakes don't make a PEEP since he fixed them, they truly have not made a single noise since. I always wanted to love the ID Buzz and now I finally do!! I can't give enough praise to Francisco, it is so refreshing to be helped by someone who actually cares. Victor was also very helpful along the process of getting them fixed. Thank you guys! In my opinion, the only two people at VW (Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills) that actually deserve a 5/5 review. :)

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

Anytime Auto Group review
What a wonderful experience. The transaction itself was completely flawless. STAN handled it perfectly in every way. The most impressive thing about STAN was the way handled uncontrollable things that would pop-up. Another key was how he insisted that I do a pre-purchase inspection with any mechanic to insure I was comfortable with my purchase. I did and was very satisfied with that whole process as well. When I went back to talk to Stan about some general maintenance advice, he was really helpful, and friendly, even though the dealership was really busy at the time. He didn't just overlook me, because our deal was closed. We are looking to purchase two more vehicles within the next few months, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Honest, great pricing, and extremely helpful. What else can you ask for?
2012 Audi Q5 review
I bought a 1012 Q5 a year ago. Its easy to drive. In the city it has more of a power steering, but on the highway is where the rack & pinon gives you that tighter driving experience, who knew you could have the best of both worlds! I like that. Due to the 4 cylinder, gas mileage is a plus for a SUV, then you have the twin turbo which gives unbelievable power. What sold me this particular vehicle was the milage, 83,000 and the amazing interior called cinnamon, it is gorgeous color. .The interior as well exterior are in great shape. Someone took very good care of it, but could not parallel park, both rims were pretty rough. Thats OK, I can't either. I think I must have batted my eyes at the DMV officer driving with me when I took my driving test . Lol. Anyway found metal rim covers that covered the edge perfect. Changed the whole look for $100. I've had many luxury vehicles, but I must say the Audi Q5 is luxury with a twist of sassy. Happy Shopping, go find your Twist of Sassy

My sales guy, Benjamin, was super knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out with a new Corolla in than less than 2 hours. Great pricing and service. Thank you!
2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

Evans Auto Brokerage review
Evans Auto Brokerage will absolutely be my go-to and referral forever. Leo made the entire process of buying a car feel personal, like family, and took all the stress and pain out of it. The team was professional, prompt, and genuinely focused on getting me exactly what I needed to feel safe and confident on the road. The Honda CRV was clean, with everything recently updated and maintained, and better than I could have expected for a used vehicle. They also kept everything at a reasonable value and cost, which I really appreciated. Leo even helped take my old car, making my family and me feel completely taken care of and road-ready. Worth the drive, too. I’ll definitely be back!!
2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

2022 Audi Q5 review
The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I had nothing but a great experience with his dealership from start to finish. The whole process was easy and wonderful. Anthony helped me through every step, and I can't say enough about his professionalism, patients, and kindness. Even the finance department was amazing. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The car was everything I claimed to be online, and Anthony was quick to answer any questions I had. The car was very clean and it's obvious they take great pride in what they are having you drive away in.

Auto Highway, Inc. I took delivery today of my E350 AMG Mercedes-Benz two door coupe. The dealership offers a wide selection of quality used, classic & vintage cars that are in pristine condition. Their competitive pricing fast, efficient, and stress-free purchasing process is something I will long remember. Jerry Medrano (Sales Manager) was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, professional but most of all honest and provided me with excellent service. I made the purchase sight unseen based on Jerry's knowledge of the vehicle's Carfax, past ownership & reliability. The car was delivered with four brand new tires, a protective clear coat applied to the paint and original owners manual in a leather bound binder. I purchased a one owner (family,) vehicle with less than 29,000 MI in flawless condition. As a car collector, I look forward to doing business with Jerry Medrano & Auto Highway Inc. again. Buying a used car from a private party or dealership can be a very stressful experience. The car looks great and runs better. I can't thank you enough Jerry ... I rate ***** five stars and would highly recommend Auto Highway, Inc for all your automotive needs. I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

CarMax Centennial review
This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience and highly recommend carmax AND Muhammad. Bless you and your family Muhammad! Thank you carmax for hiring such a personable staff :)
2022 Audi Q5 review
I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.
