I was searching for a Audi A4 with a manual transmission which are becoming harder to find. A coworker recommended North Bay Imports. I was a little nervous since I always bought new or certified from an Audi dealer. I may never buy a car any where else again and HIGHLY recommend them. The car was perfect and delivered with new tires and brakes all around. Financing was easy and the rate very competitive. Their selection is impressive and of very high quality. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The fixed price policy bothered me at first and I tried to negotiate but Jon held firm on his price. After seeing the car and the delivered condition I fully understand his price and I feel I got a lot of car for the money.

It has style elements that completly pamper me. Its totally my family car yet i feel like im driving a faster sportier car than the coupes of my younger days.
We lost two vehicles to Hurricane Erma in 2017, a F-150 and an Audi A4.
In need of a new vehicle we opted for a Certified 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. The performance is not as good as the A4, but the Q5 is more useful, since we have only one vehicle instead of two. The Q5 had 23000 miles, and came with 6 yr 100,000 mi extended warranty. We have had for over a year and all is well we have no problems, save for the 35,000 mi service and 2 recall repairs.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

It far exceeded my expectations for a replacement SUV for my Cadillac Escalade! It was the Premium SUV by Audi which offered a loaded package which had low mileage.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Great room for family and great to drive comfortably. Wanted the car to have light color interior and it was tan and white car exterior. Great car for the family.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I purchased my car from North Bay Imports in December of 2017. I was looking for a ML 350 and they had the best selection and price by far of anywhere near or far. Their sales staff is very low key and not at all pushy - but also very helpful if you need it.
I have owned the car for over a year now. The car was in pristine condition when I purchased it and I have had no issues whatsoever with the car. I absolutely love it and would definitely buy one again.
I have brought it into service (oil changes, rotors) and Chris from service is a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating. They redid their customer waiting area so there is plenty of space for customers to wait in a comfortable area.
I can't speak more highly of my experience with North Bay. I will absolutely buy a car from them again!

A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

I've owned Mercedes, Porche's & BMW's...was intent on buying a Volvo and purchased an Audi. The Q5 had me at "Hello". Love the ride, handling, package options and understated elegance. *Reliability rated"Good" only because I have only had the vehicle 5 days.
On 1/27 We went to North Bay looking to upgrade from our 2009-A-4
Salesperson Meghan was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Amazingly there was no hard sell. We selected the veh. we wanted and Meghan told us that this would be the worst the veh. would appear. We picked up our A-6 on 1/30 and we're quite surprised to see new tires,brake job,mats and oil change on the veh. Are you kidding me!! We would have bought the veh. as is. Was I ever surprised. Did I mention the wax job!! I know these cars aren't cheap. But what a great car and great service. If you want to buy a luxury veh. go see Meghan @ North Bay and you not be disappointed//////////////

New 2016 Audi Q5 TDI
Purchased a new 2016 Audi Q5 Diesel that was recently released after the EPA approved Audi's "fix".
The vehicle is very refined and has lot's of power.
It does suffer from significant turbo lag post fix, however, the power and fuel economy compensates for the turbo lag.
Best measured tank is 34 mpg and worst is 26 mpg. Technology is dated or missing compared to 2018 compact mainstream suvs, but the refinement makes up for it.
I don’t typically write reviews (good or bad) so if you are reading this then you know the experience was over the top.
When it comes to spending my money, I look for quality, service and personality of the person(s) I’m dealing with. I have to say Jon, Derek and staff have my 5 stars. I traveled 2 hours to North Bay after dealing with my local Audi dealer for a long period of time to no avail. I knew what I wanted before I arrived; model, color and price. Traveling with my wife, son and two large pit bulls, our arrival was greeted by Jon and the car ready to be test driven. The dogs were given a warm welcome with the run of the place. With that said the black Audi Q5 wasn’t what my son and wife wanted. At that point Jon was put thru the test. The hunt for the car was on and Jon was with us every step of the way. We must have looked at 10 different cars. I thought for sure Jon was going to get upset with us. His disposition didn’t change from the time we arrived to the time we left.
We finally agreed on a white Q5. The buying process was easy. The price you see is the price you pay NO bargaining. I tried unsuccessfully. He gave me what I wanted for a trade so I was happy with that.
With that and a small deposit I was a new car owner. They do offer financing but it was easier doing that at my home town bank. Two days later I drove back and picked up the car. I spent 10 minutes to sign papers with Dave the finance person. Dave showed me the different extended warranties but did not push any of them.
I have to say it took me longer to register the car than to purchase it..

This car is like a dream. The ride is so smooth and the control I have while driving is amazing. It accelerates nicely and the turns are tight. It has so many bells and whistles technologically but they are easy to figure out.
The North Bay team was friendly and helpful the whole way through the process. I purchased the car with a trade of my current vehicle remotely and didn't see the car until I picked it up. The pictures were accurate and the car was better than advertised. The transaction was smooth and efficient and I will certainly look to them the next time I'm in the market.

This dealership stands behind their product even when it is 2,000 miles away!! I bought a 2014 Audi S7 about 2 months ago. Derrick was my salesman. I live in Bismarck ND. This is a big purchase to buy site unseen. He took multiple pictures for me and assured me that it would arrive better than expected. It truly met those expectations. The only complaint was the brakes squeaked rather loud. I drove for about a month before I could get it to a Audi dealer who is 200 miles away. The repairs they wanted to do were around $1400. I emailed Derrick who put me in touch with David Mason who I believe is one of the owners. They didn't agree with the assessment but he said to make it right they would send me the necessary parts and a $150 for labor. Well I got it fixed yesterday and it is working like a charm. I want to thank Derrick, David and the staff for the outstanding customer service and for standing behind the purchase. If you ever are hesitant about buying a high end car from this dealership don't be!! They took care of my issue without hesitation. Thanks again!! Rick Smith
