just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

We were in the market for an Audi Q7 and had been in touch with multiple dealerships carrying the specifications we wanted. He informed us about the car’s availability, shared details over the phone ahead of time, and made everything very straightforward when we arrived at the dealership. In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.

I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.
