Driving this vehicle makes me feel safe, in control and above all is very comfortable for the long trips. The Q will make any bad weather driving effortless. Passenger in the back seat feel like they are in a limo with reclining heated seats they are. Every drive is a fun drive regardless if it is for work, towing the boat or snowmobile or visiting mu daughter 500km away
Saw an ad for a used Tahoe. Stopped in and met with Mark Landy who was wonderful. Helped us examine the vehicle and take a test drive and worked on getting us a good trade-in and closed the deal. All in a very short timeframe.

Owned this car for almost 3 years. Had the same light go off multiple times which was a safety indicator (they would say they fixed it and it wasnt) new tires were $2,500 which is just lovely, then had 2 critical engine systems fail within days of each other. THEN, a month after the 2 check engine lights/fails, the A/C completely tanked out in the dead of the August heat. Was in the shop for 2 weeks as they had trouble locating the leak. Don't waste your money! It may be a sexy car, but it will constantly be in the shop.
Outstanding experience. About as quick and easy as I have ever had buying a new car. Great new facility and friendly and fun staff. We love our new Audi Q7 and look forward to enjoying it. Thanks to everyone there.

This Audi Q7 is state of the art and is a leap ahead of all the competition. Absolutely the nicest vehicle we have ever owned. Would highly recommend if it’s in the budget

I had never owned or driven a European car until we just got this Audi Q7; these Geman cars are phenomenally well-designed and powerful. Some of the controls are so sophisticated that I’m still trying to figure out what some switches do. I recently drove a Chevy (temporarily) and it was a huge let-down to go from an Audi to a Chevy. I would love to buy American vehicles (and used to do so) but I was so sick of shoddy American quality and poor designs. I love Audi. (I hope Detroit can raise their anemic standards.)
Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. If you ever want to consider a beautiful, excellent dealership, go to Audi of Maplewood and ask for Hugh. You will be very comfortable with the full process as Hugh will show you.

I have owned this car for just under a year. In that time, it shut down while driving and would not restart on TWO separate occasions. After being towed to the dealership, the vehicle started and they were not able to determine the cause. Audi will not consider a ’buy back’ since the dealership could not duplicate the problem. I am left wondering when and where I will be stranded again. Hopefully it’s in a safe place.
Was impressed by the quantity of preowned certified vehicles available. A representative from the dealership contacted me within an hour to answer my questions. Haven’t found exactly what I’m looking for...yet, but would be happy to work with ‘‘tis dealership.

The Q7 definitely met my expectations. The price was a bit high but you can't put a price on safety & reliability. The cockpit takes awhile to get use to its features but im learning as I go along. Not used to having so many options and buttons on an suv. All it needs is to drive itself and we're set. 3rd row is a bit snug but roomier than the lexus rx350L
I was in the market for a new q3 and after submitting a request to schedule a test drive online I got a phone call back from Jorgan. I emailed back to confirm the time my wife and I would come in and then arrived at the dealership. The location is convenient and the overall feel of the interior was great. What I would expect from an Audi dealership. Reminded me of the Frankfurt airport in Germany.
Jorgan was knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions about the Q3 we were looking at. My only complaint about the whole buying experience was the time it took to prepare the paperwork to get the deal done. Not excessive but it seemed lengthy.
Would highly recommend.

every 2 year bakes, and tires expanse its around $4000 at dealer shop ,what a rip off. don't buy this car. Mercedes benz lot better than this car. do not think about buying this car period...

I had an appointment to get my oil changed. It took one hour and 20 minutes. I don???t believe that is acceptable and will probably go elsewhere now for oil changes.

This is my 3rd Audi Q7 and it is a wonderful automobile. It's the quietest car I've ever owned and it is a pleasure to drive. While I've only had the car 3 weeks, I can already predict that it will be a car I will keep for a long time. I just read the Consumer Reports review of this car and they gave it an overall rating of 90, which is the highest CR rating I've seen over the past 5 years, other than the original rating for the Tesla 3.

My very first car was an Audi 100 LS in 1984 and I loved that car! I owed a lot of VWs after that which I also loved but at this time in my life I decided I need more luxury and comfort without giving up style. The Audi Q7 meets all those requirements and more.

We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Saw car on line, cargurus, immediately was contacted by Chris Cohen.
Came in to test drive and less than 4 hours later, left with a HOT car.
Chris was not an aggressive sales person, which really made up my mind on purchasing the car.
