I have owned this car for just under a year. In that time, it shut down while driving and would not restart on TWO separate occasions. After being towed to the dealership, the vehicle started and they were not able to determine the cause. Audi will not consider a ’buy back’ since the dealership could not duplicate the problem. I am left wondering when and where I will be stranded again. Hopefully it’s in a safe place.
Everyone they're treated me with the utmost respect very professional wonderful atmosphere very courteous communication was top-notch would highly recommend and Justin was fabulous. Delilah was very sweet and very professional.

Driving this vehicle makes me feel safe, in control and above all is very comfortable for the long trips. The Q will make any bad weather driving effortless. Passenger in the back seat feel like they are in a limo with reclining heated seats they are. Every drive is a fun drive regardless if it is for work, towing the boat or snowmobile or visiting mu daughter 500km away
Not sure why I can't change my previous review directly, but I will update wit a new one. I was contacted by the Service Director and we re-scheduled my service for today. Everything was flawless, was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of my service advisor, Justin Holt. If this dealership keeps this high standard of service, they might become one of the best in North Dallas. Thank you, guys!
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.

This is my 3rd Audi Q7 and it is a wonderful automobile. It's the quietest car I've ever owned and it is a pleasure to drive. While I've only had the car 3 weeks, I can already predict that it will be a car I will keep for a long time. I just read the Consumer Reports review of this car and they gave it an overall rating of 90, which is the highest CR rating I've seen over the past 5 years, other than the original rating for the Tesla 3.

The Q7 definitely met my expectations. The price was a bit high but you can't put a price on safety & reliability. The cockpit takes awhile to get use to its features but im learning as I go along. Not used to having so many options and buttons on an suv. All it needs is to drive itself and we're set. 3rd row is a bit snug but roomier than the lexus rx350L
Was skeptical to drive 100+ miles to buy a vehicle but no regrets, everybody was really nice and very friendly. Michael Redd, our sales guy was awesome, professional and not pushy. He made sure we got the Q7 we wanted! He answered my numerous calls promptly before and after the sale. Highly recommended. A great asset to the Audi family.

My very first car was an Audi 100 LS in 1984 and I loved that car! I owed a lot of VWs after that which I also loved but at this time in my life I decided I need more luxury and comfort without giving up style. The Audi Q7 meets all those requirements and more.
Another great experience at Town East Ford. This being the 3rd car we have purchased this year from Town East Ford I am still impressed by the efficiency and courtesy they provide. Shopping online is super easy, they find you what you want, they make the negotiation easy and the finance process is informative and helpful.
Our journey of searching for a used Audi Q5 began more than 3 months ago. Our 1st experience was w/ Robert who helped my wife and I on the 2012 Audi Q7. Although it didn't work out, our experience was nothing short of amazing and the right at-home feeling.
Fast forward to 3 1/2 months later on June 9th, destiny brought us back to Audi Grapevine from a completely unexpected plan. We were on the way to another dealership to close out a deal w/ BMW X3, we stopped by Audi Grapevine to check out a new positing for an 2012 Audi Q5 without much expectations.
Vincent stepped in and created the best memorable experience for us. This Audi Q5 is a Prestige package that offers all the features we've been looking for. He enthusiastically showed us all how these features, MMI for example, work. He was also extremely friendly answering all the questions we had and reached out to Jameson, his manager, for additional information. Finally, he coordinated w/ the service department to clean the exterior and interior of the car like new b4 handing the keys to us.
We've been extremely happy w/ our 2012 Audi Q5 car. Our dream car could not have happened without Vincent's enthusiasm and Jameson's willingness to work w/ us. You guys rock!!!

I had never owned or driven a European car until we just got this Audi Q7; these Geman cars are phenomenally well-designed and powerful. Some of the controls are so sophisticated that I’m still trying to figure out what some switches do. I recently drove a Chevy (temporarily) and it was a huge let-down to go from an Audi to a Chevy. I would love to buy American vehicles (and used to do so) but I was so sick of shoddy American quality and poor designs. I love Audi. (I hope Detroit can raise their anemic standards.)
Luis Melendez was very knowledgeable and efficient while still being personable and friendly. He made the whole experience easier and exciting - just like getting a new car should be. Everyone at the dealership from Sales Mgr. Rick Norris, Carlos Hernandez in Finance, and John Dinh, Tech Specialist, were interested and friendly. We would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Luis Melendez.

Owned this car for almost 3 years. Had the same light go off multiple times which was a safety indicator (they would say they fixed it and it wasnt) new tires were $2,500 which is just lovely, then had 2 critical engine systems fail within days of each other. THEN, a month after the 2 check engine lights/fails, the A/C completely tanked out in the dead of the August heat. Was in the shop for 2 weeks as they had trouble locating the leak. Don't waste your money! It may be a sexy car, but it will constantly be in the shop.
Luis Melendez made my car buying experience a pleasure. I am not new to buying cars by any means and this was the most relaxed and enjoyable event I have ever had. Louis not only has the greatest knowledge of all Audi lineup, he will take the time and explain the pros and conns of each. I have never seen a car salesman with his skill and understanding. When you leave the dealership you pull out on the road and think to yourself, I think I have made a friend.

every 2 year bakes, and tires expanse its around $4000 at dealer shop ,what a rip off. don't buy this car. Mercedes benz lot better than this car. do not think about buying this car period...
Top notch, hi end dealership. My salesman Kenneth answered all questions and really made me and my wife feel at home. He took the time to answer all questions and let us test drive as many cars as we wanted with no hesitations. I really believed he wanted is to leave very satisfied. This is the reason I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.
