They were excellent. They got me right to the car I was looking for and They did not attempt to add any illegitimate fees to increase the price. They got the car ready for me so I could pick it up the next day ready to go. The experience of getting a car from this place went as well as it could have gone. I highly recommend them. The person who helped me was Frank Santino and he was easy to work with.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Hello, I must start by saying that I've been purchasing my cars from Audi Natick for about fifteen years now. I've purchased many cars for both my wife and myself. The truth is, I don't have a single complaint regarding the purchase of vehicles. But what leads me to write this review is the quality of their staff, which has never changed throughout all these years. The service remains optimal. This last time, (two weeks ago) I took my 2021 A6 with camera issues, and they immediately became aware of the problem. The technician who handled my situation was Michael. Very professional, very cordial, very attentive, and he made sure to keep me up to date with what they were doing to my car and even took the time to send me videos showing me how everything was unfolding. It really goes without saying that Michael is a true professional. I am very pleased with his way of serving customers and the needs one faces when their car is stranded. Scheduled service for my 5 year old Accord. My service advisor Dan explained everything in detail, including steps involved with price breakdown. Then he arranged transportation back to my house. In less than 2 hours the work was done and I received a comprehensive video explaining everything done to the vehicle. This was followed with Dan, again arranging for me to be picked up at my home and returned to the dealer to get my car. Overall, outstanding service.
