Great experience ordering a new 2018 Q7!

Our thanks to salesman Steve Saltz at Newton Audi. We were looking to replace our 2008 A4 Avant with either a new Q5 or Q7. He let us try out one of each in the Fall of 2017. We were undecided, so I just decided to wait. There was no pressure from Steve - "That's fine", he said - "just let me know when you're ready". 6 months later, Spring of 2018, after some research and pretty decent price quotes via email from more distant dealers, I proposed a 10%-off MSRP offer on a new Q7 to Steve at Newton via phone. One hour later he returned my call with a "Yes - we can do that". A 6-mile trip to the dealership, and an hour later our base Q7 with zero option packages was on order. Again, no pressure to add on options and no surprise fees. Overall - just about the best car-buying experience ever... a few emails, one phone call, and a couple of test drives 6 months prior. The car was a special-order with no options, so we did have to wait for the build & delivery from overseas, but that wait was even less than Steve's estimate. The car arrived in perfect condition, Steve went over everything about the car with us, and we were on our way. The entire experience was GREAT! Best regards, Nancy & Norm
