Driving this vehicle makes me feel safe, in control and above all is very comfortable for the long trips. The Q will make any bad weather driving effortless. Passenger in the back seat feel like they are in a limo with reclining heated seats they are. Every drive is a fun drive regardless if it is for work, towing the boat or snowmobile or visiting mu daughter 500km away

Edward Swift was attentive and professional. He demonstrated concern for the two issues I presented. As this was only an oil change and inspection, there isn't much to relay. Having access to a new Audi service loaner was a pleasant bonus. As was having my vehicle returned shiny clean and vacuumed. In summary, I felt pampered by the Audi Wilsonville service department and I would recommend them to any Audi owner.
I feel safe in this car.

I had never owned or driven a European car until we just got this Audi Q7; these Geman cars are phenomenally well-designed and powerful. Some of the controls are so sophisticated that I’m still trying to figure out what some switches do. I recently drove a Chevy (temporarily) and it was a huge let-down to go from an Audi to a Chevy. I would love to buy American vehicles (and used to do so) but I was so sick of shoddy American quality and poor designs. I love Audi. (I hope Detroit can raise their anemic standards.)
Very efficient and professional service department. This was my first time at the Audi Willsonville service dept., and I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Owned this car for almost 3 years. Had the same light go off multiple times which was a safety indicator (they would say they fixed it and it wasnt) new tires were $2,500 which is just lovely, then had 2 critical engine systems fail within days of each other. THEN, a month after the 2 check engine lights/fails, the A/C completely tanked out in the dead of the August heat. Was in the shop for 2 weeks as they had trouble locating the leak. Don't waste your money! It may be a sexy car, but it will constantly be in the shop.
Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Service was timely both dropping off, servicing and picking up with paperwork. Lease is coming up, purchased last time at different dealership but considering going here for next Audi

This car has everything I wanted in the vehicle and meets all of my requirements. It has plenty of leg room in the front and back, as well as having plenty of space for cargo.
I had the pleasure of working with Jake for this service visit. I was having routine 55k maintenance done on the car. He was very friendly, thorough and went out of his way to ensure I was able to take advantage of any service deals that were available. I loved his positive and professional attitude and I walked away feeling very taken care of. Thank you so much Jake!

Put on 5000 miles in July and couldn't be happier, great MPG's and comfortable! Very stylish Ink Blue with Parchment leather. Would highly recommend. Traded a 2015 BMW X5.
Wilsonville Audi and their team of professionals are very courteous and professional. They had me in and out in no time at all, with service time exceeding my expectation. Very detailed in their review of the services performed. My only complaint is that my gas tank wasn't filled up, which they told me last time that they do a courtesy fill. Last time I had brought my Audi in on a full tank so this time I did not fill it prior to the appointment expecting a fill. I didn't notice until after I left. Overall... I love working with these people... Sue

Fit and finish of a Audi is the best I've seen in any other vehicle I have owned. I've only had to change the oil, brakes, and tires.
I have owned this car for just under a year. In that time, it shut down while driving and would not restart on TWO separate occasions. After being towed to the dealership, the vehicle started and they were not able to determine the cause. Audi will not consider a ’buy back’ since the dealership could not duplicate the problem. I am left wondering when and where I will be stranded again. Hopefully it’s in a safe place.
This car has plenty of leg room. It is very comfortable. It has plenty of trunk room. It has additional seating for kids and excellent safety features. I was sold immediately after the test drive.
