It was pretty slick. A wonderful service for those who can’t or don’t want to spend time waiting at the dealership.
2019 Audi Q7 review
I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

My 2025 Audi EV developed some major electronic problems in the navigation system and MMI. I took my car to my dealer, Audi Minneapolis, to have it fixed. Due to the complexity of today’s auto electronic systems, it took several days and times for the dealer to fix the problems. During this time, my service representative, Ryan Luterbach, kept me fully informed each day on the progress being made to fix the electronics problems. After the service department completed the repairs, Ryan recommended for me to wait an additional day to pick up my car so he could have the car fully road tested to make sure the repairs had been successfully made. I took his advice and the road text confirmed my car was good to go. I was very impressed with Ryan’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail and, most of all, his goal for Audi’ Minneapolis’ customers to be fully satisfied with its services.

2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

2017 Audi Q7 review
This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I came in on a holiday weekend after my 2017 Audi Q5 had been totaled in an accident the previous week. Tyler Hopkins met us right away and was kind, knowledgable, funny, and patient while I picked out my new car! He cared that I got what I wanted and was honest when I asked him different questions while I made my decision. I hope I won't need a new car for a very long time; but I know when I do I'll be back to Audi Minneapolis and I will ask for Tyler!
2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

2015 Audi Q7 review
We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it.
