2020 Audi Q8 review
First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

10/10 recommend!! Mark Raleigh and Tara Castillo were phenomenal in executing my out of state purchase. Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.

Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

Best car buying experience yet! I knew I wanted the Honda Odyssey, and I shopped around quite a bit. I went to several dealerships in Denver and they were high pressure so I decided to make the drive to Boulder. It was a great experience. Michael called me to set up a time to test drive the van (so it would be disinfected), then I just showed up and took the van for a spin. There was zero pressure. I didn’t have to negotiate cost...the van was priced the lowest in the area and I received a great price for my trade in. I already had financing, but they found me another credit union that offered a lower interest rate. Michael was awesome! I highly recommend Fisher Honda. I’ve never had an experience like it! Best experience in 50 years of purchasing vehicles. Here’s why: For some context: I’m a hard-core car guy and have purchased and owned a number of high-end vehicles over the years. Also, as a retired Sales VP I’ve seen some of the best and worst of sales experiences at car dealers. I could hardly wait to get my hands on their new Uncharted EV and was interested to see if the rumors I’ve heard about Subaru dealers being easy to work with were true. However, I never thought this would be the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. It was also a pleasant surprise because they’re part of a large conglomerate, AutoNation that had great reach to get me the vehicle I wanted and was unbelievably flexible. Andy Morales, my sales rep, was simply outstanding. He made the car buying process fun! He was very communicative, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and projected a honest I’m here to help vibe. Best of all he was not high pressure. One of the more pleasurable experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. I would highly recommend Andy. When it came time to close the deal, I had the great good fortune to work with Colton the sales manager. Usually, working with the sales manager or finance manager is challenging to say the least. Colton was a breath of fresh air! Very easy and straightforward to work with. Everything was in writing, he was easy to deal with and didn’t do the normal pushy let’s add all the crap you really don’t need at the end spiel. Such a great experience and he was able to give me a very competitive offer as well. So the bottom line is I was absolutely stunned how great these guys are to work with. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Andy and Colton. What a great way to start my first experience with Subaru!! One last observation. Their after sale follow up was as good as or better than what I’ve experienced at Lexus & BMW. Thank you Justin (Finance), Mike (Service) and Tabitha (Vehicle help) for offering me so much support!!!

2022 Audi Q8 review
Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!
