Along with the office manager, who spent the time to explain my options and gave me the time to think through them before having to make a decision or commitment. Both made me feel a high level of trust that they had my best interest in mind and with that I went with the dealership and with both the manager and the sales representative because I trusted in the firm and them 100%. I now have a new dealership that I would be dealing with going forward and I’m very appreciative for everything they’ve done. I don’t like phone calls, I prefer texting. I asked through their online form about a specific VIN and didn’t just get “yes, it’s available.” I got a full list - packages, history, and whether it could be reserved until the weekend. They actually waited for me even though interest was high.

They took care of every concern with no hidden fees (including and oil change and making an electronic key for us when it did not come with one). I’ve had a half dozen Audi’s including several A4s an A3, A5 and a Q3, but this S5 is closest to perfection. I love the versatility of having a refined four door sedan and a huge opening hatch for my bikes. Then set the drive select to dynamic and you have a fun sports car! My main gripe: the virtual cockpit doesn’t work for me and it was hard to find one with analog dials. Also I didn’t like the new touch screen MMI so I bought an older one. Note to Audi: simpler is better!

He wasn't pushy trying to sell me a car. I was very satisfied with my purchase. The car is very smooth running and clean.

The lot is clean, cars are neatly displayed - not an outdoor junkyard. Hoods are open, you can inspect everything calmly, no one hovering over you. The cars are genuinely well-kept, not like some other “marketplaces."

I can't stop admiring the metallic exterior color of the car with all of the great features all wrapped up inside. I love sports cars and have been a fan of Audi's design and performance for the past 7 years. Recommended by a friend who is looking to buy their third Audi S7 or first RS7.

I went in for a routine Service B however as I am new to the brand I was very uninformed. Daniel was great at filling in every single gap! Through conversing he was able to diagnose that I was there for a small service as the car is excellent condition. This lead to me exploring the option to bundle 2 services together which ended up working out fantastically. So at 50 and 60k miles those 2 services will be bundled for a MUCH reduced price. All thanks to Daniel.

With the AWD, fire breathing turbo V6, and refined interior it really does everything you could ask. The trunk is sizeable, the back seat is comfortable. the rear seats fold down. Comfortable carving canyon roads or heading out to a fancy dinner. Just a great car.
