Audi Chicago review
Experience was great. Charles was outstanding and super professional. I bought my car there because of Charles. I would recommend him to my friends and associates. The dealer staff supported Charles in every aspect of the purchase and were very friendly and professional. Just a very good experience buying a new Audi !!
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

We had an excellent experience working with James Christy at Volkswagen! From the moment we walked in, James was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

Audi Orland ParkReviews
Audi Orland Park review
I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

These guys are great! All conversations were very professional, yet personal. It was a very smooth and comfortable process and transaction. James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

Alex was very helpful and made my experience way easier and better for me! Definitely would come back.
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
