Using my USAA car services , I found an almost new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek - just what I wanted, at Audi Reno/ Tahoe. Talked to Alex Cuddy about the vehicle and it's walk-away price and, after reserving it, flew from Burke, Virginia to Reno, Tahoe to pick it up - had a very nice ride home. Just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Parker and the team at Reno Audi. After the past couple of years dealing with local and statewide dealers that have added $5k or $10k markups or forced add-on options (e.g. $5-8k “vehicle protection packages”), and dealing with long order timeframes and supply issues, my hopes of buying a new car were fading. There were only a small number of dealers that offered at MSRP, but with 8-12+ month timeframes. I decided to look out of state nearby, and connected with Parker at Reno Tahoe. From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. The customer service, personal attention and care is something that is sorely missed nowadays, and I wish other dealers and other industries would take notice and start addressing. Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!

I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

During my recent vacation to Reno, I had the pleasure of visiting the local Cadillac dealership, Corwin Cadillac, because I came across a vehicle on their website that I wanted to see in person, as it had the features and was the color I was interested in. The entire staff at the dealership was friendly and welcoming, so much so that I felt compelled to write a review, despite not actually purchasing a vehicle here.
