About 5--10 minutes later We were on a test drive with the car We wanted to look at, and about 20 minutes later We purchased it. The car was a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek, and will be perfect for bad weather and winter driving. The sales team were great to work with, and honest. Perry told us about the re-man transmission in it, and also promised a couple of other problems would be taken care of. It was a perfect sales-customer relationship. I bought an Alfa Romeo SUV recently from R21 Motorsports. After 4 days I began experiencing engine trouble. I also purchased an extended warranty with the car, a practice I would recommend for ANY car purchase NOWADAYS. The warranty broker Nick S. worked tirelessly with the dealer to work out a solution that worked for all parties involved. This was an unfortunate situation, but to Tad and the dealership's credit they stood behind the product they sold and worked out a solution that was fair for all parties involved. Based on my experience with a difficult situation that they stepped up on, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from R21.
2013 Audi A3 review
This car has been fantastic for any weather condition. It also looks stylish and is super fun to drive. I don't want to sell it, however, I never use it--so financially it does not make sense to keep it. I would recommend this car to anyone!

2018 Audi RS 5 review
Went from a 2018 S5 to the 2018 RS5 because I loved the styling and wanted the additional power. The interior of these cars is absolutely fantastic. The MMI system is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Android Auto works very well, and I'm actually really happy that there is no touch screen interface to have to deal with. Seats are very comfortable and controls are easy to find and intuitive. Power is plentiful and immediately available. This car is a ton of fun to drive around. I have seen complaints about the exhaust note; I can understand where that comes from. Even in the most aggressive setting, the sound the car makes is pretty subdued compared to some other cars in this range. It's perfect for me, but some people may want a bit more. In comfort mode the ride can be a bit bouncey where dynamic mode is very rigid and perhaps best kept to track day usage. Comfort mode is just fine for me, but I do think the ride in my S5 was a bit better for day-to-day use. Minor tradeoff, but perhaps worth mentioning. All in all I am extremely happy with this car. It's fun, gorgeous, comfortable, and packed with a ton of tech that works very well.

2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

This is my first time buying a vehicle cross-country without ever seeing the vehicle. Drive Appeal did everything they could to assist me in the best way possible. They took extra photos for me, they added extra information in writting to further guarantee it's condition, and they provided a recommended shipping company and gauranteed a low shipping price. The only reason they are not getting a full 5 stars is that we were both a little frustrated with the process of buying a vehicle out of state, dealing with personal checks, and signing documents over the internet. 2017 Audi A8 review
This is a car which you will love to drive. It's a driver's car and I've had the most fun owning it for over four years. I've had sports cars before and this handles as well as any sports car I have ever driven. It's 450 hp roars you too 60 in 4.5 seconds. Even with all-wheel drive, I have topped 27 mpg on a long trip. Plus, after all this, it's pure luxury.

2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

2017 Audi A4 review
The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.
