First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Zachary and Ernie gave great service and had the patience to answer all my questions and made me feel secure about my purchase. Hands down I would definitely recommend both of them and the dealership to anyone.

Excellent dealership. Clean, friendly, helpful, generous. Evan, Luke and the women in the service department are my favorite.
2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

Keffer Mazda review
I had such a great experience at Keffer Mazda Huntersville. Daniel Dewalt was the salesman I worked with, and I highly recommend asking for him. He is very knowledgeable, not a pushy salesman and professional. I am in love with my 2020 Mazda CX-9 Signature SUV. This is an incredible car! I went from a Lexus to a Mazda and can't believe how luxurious this car is. Please visit Keffer Mazda and ask for Daniel. He will take care of you!
2022 Audi A3 review
We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

Hendrick BMW Northlake review
i have always had a great experience working with Jeff Day. He is a huge asset to Hendrick BMW Northlake . Always so helpful and great customer relations
2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

2026 Audi Q3 review
I love my new Audi Q3. It’s fun to drive and it has so much power. I thought the new displays would be hard to learn but that hasn’t been the case. I’m very glad I traded my A4 for this SUV. The green color is beautiful and I feel so good driving it..

2022 Audi Q3 review
I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Audi NorthlakeReviews
Audi Northlake review
From start to finish, my experience with Audi of Northlake was absolutely exceptional. I officially closed on my purchase this past Saturday, September 26, 2026, and I truly could not have asked for a smoother process. Jeremy, David, James, Kendall, & Dave all played a part in making my purchasing experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every question I had was answered, helpful suggestions were provided along the way, and the entire transaction felt organized, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. It was simply a clean, straightforward deal, and there is honestly nothing I would change about the experience. This was actually my second purchase from this location, and once again, they delivered 10/10 service. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care is exactly why I continue to return. I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future when it’s time for another purchase, but until then, Audi of Northlake will always be my top recommendation when it comes to the Audi brand. Hands down, an excellent experience!

Charles did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. He clearly explained how my service needs would be addressed and walked me through the warranty process. He was also considerate of how unexpected delays affected my daily routine. As soon as a loaner vehicle became available, he contacted me promptly. I truly appreciate his communication, professionalism, and consideration throughout the experience.

2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Most pleasant car buying experience! Lisa was outstanding! She was very patient as I test drove truck after truck, after until I got exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into something I didn't want, I knew she was listening to me and getting me the best deal. I will buy all my cars from here going forward!
2021 Audi RS 7 review
What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!
