I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.

Next I went to see Julio A. He was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, and went out of his way to help me get the financing. Both Gene and Julio spent over an hour on hold to the credit bureau to make it possible for me finance the car. They both treated me like family. They introduced me to Rachel W. who will be calling me to follow up on any concerns or questions. I even met the people in the service department because they had to reprogram something so I could have a phone in the car.
My sales person, Ryan Wolfe was great. He spent time with me weeks before he actually met me. He also took the time to find me a car way across the country. He was patient and driven to not only find me the exact Q8 that I was looking for, but he also had it delivered to me 1,200 miles away. Very special and exceptional service - much appreciated!

I called CarPros late on a Saturday evening after leaving a very disappointing appointment at a local dealership. Although it was after hours and they were closed the owner of CarPros told me he would stay so I could see the VW I had seen advertised online. This was exceptional customer service and instantly made me feel valued.
The first thank that I noticed was that the quality of the cars here were exceptional! Clean and all of them well serviced. Pictures did not even do the VW CC justice and I found the car the cleanest and by far the best quality of all the VW's I had seen at other places. It is obvious the owner is very selective about the cars he buys and sells.
The owner and his wife and son entertained several followup calls from me asking questions and even made an appointment for my mechanic friend to see the car on a day they were closed.
When I had expressed concern over the brakes during a test drive the owner assured me he would have them checked out and serviced again and he did what he said he would and even texted me a photo of the car up on the lift getting checked out.
The entire process made me feel so assured and confident that I was working with honest and caring people.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
