My past visit was a great experience. I think the service writer Kyle knows what he is doing compared with other service writers at your dealership. Kyle answered the phone, kept me informed of what was going on with my car. Even on a Saturday! Kyle is the best service writer I have had since Joe left.

Daniel was very accommodating including willing to pick me up from the rental car agency when I returned the vehicle we rented to drive down one-way so we could drive our new one back home. We recently leased a new Volvo XC90 from this dealership. WE had originally brought in our previous car for service and were very satisfied. We had some time left on our lease but Vincent DellaPolla helped us get a new model while saving money on our lease payments. We are from out of state and no-one where we leased our previous car could match the price and services we received from Vincent. He walked us through everything and helped us work out the best terms we could get from anyone and answered all our questions. He handled our out of state registration and has given us excellent service.
