We just purchased a new vehicle from Ocean Honda. Sean McCarey is an incredible, honest, upfront sales person (10/10 stars!) and was great about helping us find and buy something that made us happy despite the current nationwide low inventory. The whole team there was great about financing, helping with insurance, doing the leg work to the registry, and even helped get my wife to her job when we brought the car back to have accessories installed. Granted, she offered to bring him a coffee, but I doubt that was enough to be considered any kind of bribe. 😁
2015 Audi A8 review
I've always been a fan of the Audi A8L and finally found the opportunity to own one. The good news, you can find pre-owned A8's affordably...the bad news for new car buyers, they don't hold there value quite well, but that's good for someone wanting to drive a $100,000 car that 4-5 years old, still looks and performs great for a fraction of the cost. The A8L has the room of a limo in the rear, even with the front seats pushed all the way back. The car feels luxurious inside and out...the materials are top-notch and what I love about Audi is they're not a BMW...even though I love BMW's...it's nice to drive something a little less common. Performance is unbelievable...the 4.0 twin turbo V-8 has tons of torque and pulls hard...you wouldn't think a car this large and this heavy would perform this well. It's an easy car to modify with a performance chip and suddenly there aren't many cars around that will outperform it...and it's a family size sedan! Although it's a large car, it still handles well, not like a sports car, but you won't be sloppy. The ride is luxurious and smooth...it eats up bumps, the air ride is great. Word is that repairing the air suspension is not cheap, but it might just be worth the risk. I love the ride!! Everything is within easy reach, the multi media system is easy to navigate without taking your eyes off the road once you're used to it, which is easy. Heads-up display is easy to see and read. A/C and other accessories are easy to use. The suspension can be adapted to your preference with presets and a custom setting you can do yourself. Interior lighting at night is unbelievable...it's customizable and really sets a cool mood. Stereo sounds amazing with the Bose package, but if you're lucky to get your hands on the B&O you're in for a real treat...it's a $6300 option by itself (which is crazy) I own a A4 Cabriolet, Q5 and I'm happy with all of our Audis. Audi has been tremendous to work with and as a company, they appreciate the owners of their cars, even if you purchased them pre-owned. It's a great company and I'm impressed...not easy to do for me. Thanks Audi for creating this wonderful automobile that has blown my socks off!

2014 Audi A8 review
This car is a stealth rocket ship, masquerading in sublime luxury! Sheer elegance in its form and function, the turbo charger hardly needs to spool up and you can blast up a highway on-ramp or pass another vehicle as though they are parked. As others have noted, the massaging seats for driver and passenger are sublime for longer drives or at the end of a long workday. Luxurious, yet understated elegant interior with first-quality materials and — though now a decade old as I write this review — still market-leading German technology throughout, every bell and whistle you could even hope for now in 2024 tech. 750 mile range on one tank of diesel fuel … let’s face it, if VW / Audi had not tried to ‘fix the deck’ by messing with diesel emission testing, a diesel engine is far superior to any hybrid or electric engine. This is by far the nicest looking and best-performing car I’ve ever owned in 50+ years of driving. I still own my A8L TDI, have (only) 115K miles on it, and plan to drive it 250K+ it is that sustainably awesome!

Min. Later car was ready vacuum, wash and windows clean . Will be back there for all my services . The best service department I have ever went to . Giovanni was great .

2024 Audi RS 6 Avant review
This car obviously speaks for itself. Eye catcher. Great handling and performance. Huge trunk and comfortable passenger and back seat. Huge breaks. Super small turning radius. Wish Audi included service with the car. I think competitors (BMW M5) is cheaper. Overall love the car.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I was referred to Boston Motorsports via Alfa Romeo USA due to a recall inquiry. They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know sometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!

Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

2018 Audi A4 review
This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

2022 Audi Q8 review
Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

2021 Audi A6 allroad review
The only possible issue someone might have with this vehicle is the initial cost. But, with the prestige edition, after driving this vehicle for a while, you will conclude that it is well worth the price.
