Jacob Jay and the rest hole staff at BMW of Silver Spring were amazing to work with… I was coming from 4hrs away so accurate information was essential to the process. Jacob was honest, efficient with communication, and courteous in all interactions. He was very knowledgeable and knew where to get the right answers to questions when he didn’t have it handy. This was a great experience and I highly recommend him!

I had a great experience working with Nader when purchasing my 2024 Corolla. He gave me an amazing price and, most importantly, made the entire process incredibly easy and hassle-free. He was honest and transparent about the pricing from the beginning, with no unnecessary pressure or surprises. Nader was also very patient and made sure I understood everything before completing the purchase. He even stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of properly and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing a good experience for his customers. I really appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Nader to anyone looking for a straightforward and trustworthy car-buying experience!

Passport BMW review
Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.

I worked with Charles Walker - who made this deal possible - and he was professional, polite, knowledgeable and straightforward in every respect. This dealership is a no-nonsense, class act!!

I like Mike One dealerships. They have been easy to work with and the purchase process was relatively quick and relaxed with very personable staff.

CarMax FayettevilleReviews
CarMax Fayetteville review
We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.

Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.
