I recently got my 2012 X3 Power Sunroof Motor replaced at Fairfax BMW service center. Tyler did a great job and talked with my third-party extended warranty service on my behalf (I have read about unpleasant stories regarding these third-party extended warranty providers) - and they agreed to cover the repair cost without any hassle! I really appreciate Tyler's help and his dedication to make his customer satisfied.

One of the most spectacular vehicles I’ve owned. Perfect drive, great interior, great performance! I most definitely will recommend this to my friends, family, and coworkers.
This was my first time going to BMW of Fairfax for service. Danika Clark was my service advisor. She made me feel comfortable with the process and made sure I knew how long it would take. Is there any better than a luxury sports sedan with all maintenance included best value car available
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.

I had been researching this class of car for months and it was definitely worth the wait. I've owned 2 BMW's, a 328is and 528 before and this is by far the nicest.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

This car does not only have the classy look that I like but it also has very good gas mileage, comfortable on the inside, a great speaker system. Its performance is excellent. It drives more smooth than any other car I have ever driven and picks up speed well too. I would definitely recommend this vehicle.
I was appreciated Mr. Ben was mad cool and very patient with me and explained to me everything I needed to know.. I recommend anyone and everyone to come see him.. he will bless you and put you in the car you need

Not my daily driver but this car is an excellent ride. Only downside is the bluetooth audio for media connection which is not available on the 320i.
Worked with Andy Alexis Sr. on a 328i I found online. Had a poor experience at a dealership closer to home but drove 40 miles from Towson and would do it again. Great Experience. Thanks Andy

Getting this car back in jun of 2016 as a brand new lease from BMW of Fairfax, I've been in the service department almost every 2 weeks. I had an accident due to a brake failure, the A/C broke down after 3 weeks of picking up the car, and so far the dealership has changed 4 set of the whole brake system. NOT A RELIABLE CAR AT ALL. Looks are good, Quality is HORRIBLE?!
I first off want to start off by Saying Max Moyer who works in sales is the real deal convinced me to switching to BMW from Lexus he is the most detailed and knowledgeable about BMW cars and does everything to make the process of buying a car quick in easy I spent a total of 2 hours buying my car. The car looks amazing and I am so happy for the price I got it at. Thank you Max and BMW of Silver Spring

Great place to service your car! I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service area, the Service Advisors were very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks to Manager Farhan mirza for getting the car serviced quickly.
The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly!
This is one of the best experience I had at a dealership. Would definitely come back!

Great job! Farhan mirza was very helpful and we enjoyed the whole experience. We came all the way from Boise Idaho to buy a car here, and would do the same again.
I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. This car is stylish, sporting and very comfortable. It is extremely responsive and a smooth ride. The only things missing is good storage in the interior and a built-in compass!
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

The mechanical grip and performance is great. The interior is well designed and crafted. Not a big fan of the A/C system. Complicated to adjust the temperature. I personally like the low floor which makes handling really good.
