McGrath Acura of WestmontReviews
McGrath Acura of Westmont review
I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved

BMW VW of TopekaReviews
BMW VW of Topeka review
We upgraded my SUV and traded in at this dealer. The first person I spoke with, Shelby, was super nice. The next person we worked with, Caden, ended up being our sales person. He went through a virtual appointment with us since we were over an hour away. The next day, we drove out to the dealership and traded in my current SUV to a newer one. Caden was also super nice and apologized several times because another client showed up early, overlapping our appointment. We appreciated having a sales person that was down to earth and welcoming.
2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

BMW of West St. Louis review
I had a great experiencing purchasing my car from BMW of West St. Louis. Dawn D. is an excellent person to work with. My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!
2023 BMW 330 review
I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Wendy was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I had a great buying experience with her and would definitely do it again. If you are in the market for a car or SUV I recommend BMW and the best client advisor I have ever worked with. Please go see them, great dealership and great people. Thank you for the experience.

2017 BMW 330 review
The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Bruce Spencer is the best! He is so knowledgeable... always able to answer any question we have about the vehicle we are purchasing. He's very patient...wants to be sure that he has educated us on all aspects of the vehicle. He always offers, "If you have any questions that may arise after you leave, please let me know and we can go over them or we can set up a time for you to come in." Always takes good care of us.

Tulley BMW of ManchesterReviews
Tulley BMW of Manchester review
The Tulley Manchestter BMW Team is proof that you can exceed customer expectations. On a scale of 10 … I rate Dawn Jellow, Matt Sargent, and Markus Perkins a 15. My story: on Saturday Morning 5/31 I was blindsided in my BMW X6 (also a BMW Manchester acquisition). By the morning of Wednesday 6/4 the insurance company totaled my car. By Wednesday at 6PM I was driving out of the Manchester BMW dealership with a perfect solution to my needs. A final note to keynote my respect…sitting in my destroyed car on Saturday because I couldn’t exit the vehicle. I called two people…one of them was Dawn Jellow and one was a family member. Exceed a customer’s expectation…Dawn defines the service.

Steve at JCL Automotive is fair and honest. He worked with me on the price tag and made me feel good about my purchase. Becuase I'm two hours away, he had the paperwork all ready for me. I was back on the road less than 30mins. As far as the condition of my first BMW, it exceeded my expectations.

The salesman we worked with was Chase and he did an outstanding job in helping us find a car
2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

BMW of West St. LouisReviews
BMW of West St. Louis review
Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

I bought both my vehicles at BMW of North Houston a couple of year’s ago. This month I took both cars in for first scheduled service. The appointment setting was easy and Val my advisor did an excellent job getting everything taken care of immediately while keeping me informed. Loved how their tech is seamlessly used to help with giving you a play by play. Loved the purchasing experience and now enjoyed the service experience for my ultimate driving machines.

Luigi Devoto was superb at orchestrating a complex repair of my 328i. All done at a distance. Responded quickly to my concerns; clear in guiding the car through different stages of repair.
