Friendly, helpful people appreciated them taking time to help me. Going above and beyond, thanks.
2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

2020 BMW 330 review
I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. The ride is smooth as silk and the price is definitely doable. If you're in Georgia check out Tolli Poff at BMW Gwinnett. You won't be disappointed!

BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

AMAZING customer service. Worked very hard to make sure I received the best deal. Did not leave me sitting for too long. Constantly kept me in the loop with everything being discussed. From the online customer rep Shelly, my dealer Hai, the finance advisor Dillon, the sales manager Willie and the service consultant Sebastian. Absolute amazing staff!!!!
2021 BMW 330 review
This is a solid, luxury car that performs like a sports car but still gets close to 40 mpg on the highway. Spacious interior and truck gives you plenty of leg room for 4 adults. The trunk is huge for a compact. Overall, one of the best sports sedans I’ve owned compared to previous Mercedes and Lexus vehicles.

BMW of West Houston review
I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.

2019 BMW 330 review
At 60K on my 2019 330i and cant say enough good things about this car. It’s is truly state of the art and the last of its kind considering the pace of electrification at BMW. It’s well-built and comfortable and strike the right balance between sport and luxury. I’m impressed by the reliability thus far - no major issues, but remote software upgrades can be a bit wonky.

2020 BMW 330 review
Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.

BMW of Houston North review
Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.
2022 BMW 330 review
The car has been an absolute joy to own. It’s never disappointed me. It feels very luxurious — from the comfortable seats to the overall ride quality, safety features, and reliability. It’s also a real head-turner with a sleek design and plenty of power when you want it. It strikes a perfect balance between performance and comfort.

BMW of The Woodlands review
My experience with BMW of The Woodlands was exceptional. Because I live three hours away and could not make it down the weekend I originally planned, Nairobi kept me informed about the vehicle’s status without ever making me feel pressured. When I was finally able to make the trip, Nairobi, Steve, Malik, and Conner had everything ready and made the entire process easy and efficient. I felt genuinely valued, not like just another sale. The experience was absolutely worth the drive, and I would confidently recommend their team.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The dealership and service area are immaculate. The employees are professional, polite and welcoming. I especially liked that I was given an estimated time my car would be finished without having to ask. The service was finished early which made me even happier.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar, nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited, everything on this car is smaller, harder to see, placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new, verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

THIScarReviews
THIScar review
Easy way to sell my car! I sold my 2018 Mercedes to THISCAR in Katy and was really happy with the experience. Danny & Brianna was friendly, professional, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. They gave me a fair offer and explained how they came up with the price, so there were no surprises. The inspection was quick, the paperwork was handled efficiently, and I left with payment in hand. No haggling, no pressure, and no wasted time. If you're looking to sell your car without the hassle of a private sale, I'd definitely recommend THISCAR Katy. Thank you, Danny, for a great experience!

2023 BMW 330 review
I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.
