Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
The service from Nick starting from the time I walked into the dealership was outstanding. He is wicked smart about BMWs and explained everything in a professional manner. I will definitely purchase my next car from him.
Both the salesman and sales manager were great to work with. Before I scheduled an appointment, the salesman had cars ready for me to look at, even at different Rohrman lots! He asked the right questions and had cars lined up based on what I was looking for and in my price range.

This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

Alex Barnes is a solid sales person: earnest, straight-shooter & very pleasant in all our interactions.
I was comfortable with him from the first meeting and throughout the process found him honest. I recently visited & had the opportunity to purchase a car from a larger dealership in Portland (where we had previously been a customer), but chose to buy from Alex in Bend. Alex offered the appropriate amount of follow-up to stay connected & informative but not stalking. When he was uncertain of answers to questions, he stated that and followed-up. The only comment I would made is that as the car was shipped from another dealership, it would have been fun to know the process. In reality we had struck our deal and timing was set for pick-up so it was not an issue.
My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.
