Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

The two-door coop is a great ride. Has economy to sport settings to adapt to your riding style. Corners great, accelerates as needed. Getting about 25 mpg mostly local driving. 30 mpg highway.

Phenomenal experience purchasing a car from this dealer. Aaron Washington was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all - as he wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, Aaron, for making this such a great experience!

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

Mercedes-Benz of OntarioReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Ontario review
Where do I even begin? I met Thomas Cervantes in 2022 when he was working at Monrovia BMW, and we connected right from the start. We share very similar personalities, and from day one, he treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Between 2022 and 2023, I purchased seven BMW cars and SUVs from Thomas. As God is my witness, this is a true statement and an honest review. Every transaction was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable because of him. When Thomas moved to Mercedes-Benz in Ontario, I followed him without hesitation. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in him. He is one of those rare individuals who genuinely cares about people. His kindness, charisma, honesty, and positive attitude make him truly unique. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, you can never go wrong with Thomas. He goes above and beyond for his customers and makes the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thomas, if you’re reading this message, I want you to know how much I appreciate you. I love you dearly, my friend, and I am grateful for all your help, kindness, and support throughout the years. May God bless you always.

CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

RONICE THE GAL THAT DOES THE PAPER WORK HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY, SHE COULD TAKE MY KIDDING AND FIRE BACK A COMEBACK, HAD A GREAT HANDSHAKE. ONLY PROBLEM, DOING THE PAPERWORK TOOK TOO LONG, I PRESUME BECAUSE QUITE A FEW CARS WERE SOLD THAT DAY

I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package, shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

Bought a 2026 Black G70 Prestige AWD and it is FANTASTIC... Jose sold me the car and he did a fantastic job. We made arrangements and he dropped off the car at my residence. Great JOB! Great Dealership and will definitely buy more from then in the future.
2024 BMW 430 review
Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.
