Mike and Maxwell, what an incredible duo!

From the moment I entered the delearship of Oyster Bay BMW on Long Island, New York, I was met and given a 5 star service by my Client Advisor Maxwell Kotik and soon after, met the General Manager, Mike Elder. Being a very picky customer and knowing exactly what I wanted after months of research, they teamed up in a professional matter to make sure, I will leave the delearship as a satisfied customer and Mike and Maxwell made the sales process as seamless as possible which was exactly what I was looking for. I was immensely impressed by Maxwell's knowledge about the vehicle but also by his sweet demeanor. My fully loaded 4 series, Grand Coupe was beautifully prepared as I picked it up last Saturday, September 16, 2017 and Ray, a BMW Genius walked me through every feature in the car. I've been driving BMW's for 17 years and there are 3 delearships closer to my home but I only wanted to go to the one in Oyster Bay which is 40 miles further strictly because of their reputation. I highly recommend Maxwell Kotik as your future Client Advisor, not only for his incredible level of communication skills but also by his honest and no pressure method. I just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff of Oyster Bay BMW who supported me in the detailing, courtesy, and leasing of my new dream car. Thank you to the General Manager, Mike Elder who made it possible The smiles, and great teamwork was beyond extraordinary as I drove my new vehicle out of the lot.
