It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

No back and forth, no confusion, just clear updates and actual follow through. He pays attention to the small details, which honestly is what separates good from great. The whole process feels organized and respectful of your time. The loaner was a brand new 2026 model, spotless and ready to go. Almost made me forget why I was there in the first place.
