BMW of Bel Air review
Had a good experience at this dealership. The sales person, Josh Barney, was patient and friendly. I purchased a used vehicle that I'm very happy with. Therr was a small misunderstanding on my part, but the manager was extremely helpful in resolving it. Excellent management, I recommend BMW of Bel Air.

BMW of Owings Mills review
I understand why BMW of Owings Mills is rated a top dealership. David L. Was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His knowledge about BMW and his customer service was a huge factor in my decision to purchase my 2022 X7. I was in and out the door with my dream car in less than 3 1/2 hours.
2024 BMW 530 review
Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

showroom was first class, helpful staff. Didn't have the exact car just yet but was very helpful about options for orders and shipping
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

BMW MINI of Annapolis review
The service department of BMW of Annapolis was great to work with! They got me in fast, fixed my recall, checked an engine light (then fixed an issue that was, apparently, still under warranty [score!] --and even found something in one of my tires and fixed it). They also send a video of the car on a lift and explain things that way. I loved that feature! Thanks for great service, guys!

Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

Passport BMW review
Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.

Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!

Passport BMW review
Outstanding service at Passport BMW. Danny was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I came in without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he assisted me. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled promptly and professionally. This level of service definitely sets your team apart. I’ll definitely be back!

BMW of Owings MillsReviews
BMW of Owings Mills review
Recently I purchased probably my tenth vehicle from BMW of OwingsMills formally known as Northwest BMW. As always it was an easy transaction. This is why we keep coming back… Everyone is friendly and welcoming they continue to go the extra step to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. The employees may have changed over the years but the standards and expectations as a customer are still exceptional. From the Sales Department, to the Technicians and the Service department and every where in between you can expect to be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. Which is why I would highly recommend BMW of Owings Mills everyday.

Very professional used car sales staff. An informed buyer can get a good deal, without the pain and headaches that can certainly be encountered at other dealers.

Bob Johnson Used review
One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

CarMax Virginia Beach review
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
2019 BMW 530 review
