Once completed, like most auto purchases, nothing is ever perfect and that is when you determine the quality of dealership you are dealing with. Brent, the general manager, was an experience to be had. He jumped in at every turn to resolve any issues with the vehicle no questions asked no hesitation. To be honest, going back there to get another vehicle for myself. Brent the GM is now a friend; he was just that good. Already recommended a few friends in the NFL to the dealership. 2001 BMW 740 review
November 16, 2023. On my second silver/ black 01 740il in Marin County with 146k miles. First got rear-ended at 200 in perfect condition. Current car at 144k miles has had $1500-3000 per year of typical servicing including brakes, coolant system, engine mounts, struts, and frequent oil changes to keep the original timing chain guides happy. Great V8 torgue and cruising power, super comfort w heated seats, 24-28 highway mpg; 18.5-20 around town. In a town of Vettes, Ferraris, and numerous high-end sleds, her classic, politely bold looks really stand out.

Do not pay attention to the negative reviews. I am not sure where this is coming from. What I can tell you is that I purchased a used vehicle (BMW I4 M50) from this dealership on 08/15/2025. I located this vehicle on cars.com and began interacting with the dealership several weeks prior to purchase. I have nothing to say other than good things about this interaction. They were professional and helpful but not overbearing. They were fair on their price and fair on the trade in. I too was skeptical about the negative reviews but have received explanations for those and they seem legitimate. I would highly encourage you to consider purchasing a car from this dealership if you have found something you like. I was nervous about purchasing a car "remotely" but MINI of Knoxville truly made it a pleasurable experience and I have no regrets. I would definitely purchase a car from them in the future should the need arise.
